"Tyler"
a pastel-pink haired boy said I'm a questioning tone, admiring his friend until he finally looked up

"Hm"

"Were not like those other kids, are we"

"I'm afraid so. Bud, you just realized this?" The taller brunette boy said while chuckling. There were a couple of moments of silence before Josh decided to fill the empty space.

"I'm tired of being different, Ty."

"It's always been this wa-" he was interrupted by Josh.

"Tyler I want it to change."

"It's 1967, Ty. This whole "fitting in" thing is getting annoying by now, doncha think?" He said, looking over at his brown haired friend.

"We can't do much about it Josh. All we can do is know our place."
