They wait
When I reach them, they have looks on their faces that could only mean one thing
"What is this??"
My dad looks so mad
My mom is crying, her face is streaked with tears
"GET OUT OF MY HOUSE!! PEOPLE LIKE YOU ARE A SIN!! YOU DESERVE TO BURN IN HELL!!"
I grab my phone and wallet, and run
I run away from it all
From the people who made my life a living hell
All because of what?
All because I like girls and boys?
Because queer is a sin?
It makes no sense how people could be so hateful
It makes no sense how people could be so oblivious
Oblivious to the fact that
A) we are human beings
B) people have committed suicide because of hatred
C) WE ARE FUCKING HUMAN BEINGS
I guess the world is just full of hatred
