Alone.  They’ve all gone to their gig happy and having fun and then there’s me sitting here writing in this stupid diary when all I need is a hug.  After yesterday I have no idea where me and Glen stand I hope it’s in good stead I don’t want to lose him....I think I might even. No, I can’t say that I don’t think I can even bring myself to write it.  I’m gonna go, I think they’re back.  Evie X

“Evie are you awake?” Ah, the familiar Irish tone of Danny. He ran up to me picking me up in the air spinning me round before plonking me back to the ground.

“Hi. I’m assuming the gig went well? I need to see Glen where is he?” I chrip but Danny’s face drops a little, what’s up with him first Glen last night and now Danny...

“What? Where is he?”

“He’s um back there, but come with me! I brought burgers!”  he pulled my arm dragging me to the front room despite my protest throwing me down on the couch, a burger with fries shoved in my hands.

“Thanks.  But where’s Glen?”

“We’re here!”

“I didn’t ask you did I Mark” I snap but it just gets ignored, my attention is turned to Glen who walks straight past me...

“Glen?”  I don’t leave him any time to respond, sitting by him resting my head on his shoulder, but he keeps fidgeting.

“What’s up with you stop moving?” I giggle, misinterpreting the situation completely.

“Evie.  I’m trying to eat.” Well, that was blunt.

“What’s wrong with you?”  I snap ignoring the silence that’s fallen in the room.  I can feel Mark and Danny staring but I ignore that too.

“Nothing’s wrong.”  I lean in to kiss him but he moves back,  ignoring the crushing humiliation and embarrassment I move back hiding behind my hair.

“What’s wrong with you?” anger takes over as I try to control my breathing...this is harder than I thought.

“Nothing’s wrong with me.  I just don’t want to be jumped on every time you see me, have you heard of personal space? You’re embarrassing me...”

“You’re like a broken record..”

Anger, was all I could feel.  My skin feeling like it was on fire but that last few words were like a bucket of ice water thrown over a flame.

I look at him with a blank stare but he’s not looking at me, he’s totally engrossed in his meal. He’s got no idea how that’s affected me.

“Evie? Do you actually want that food or are you just going to stare at it?” my head snaps up anger swimming in my eyes as I hear Mark and see his face smiling at me.  Mild anger turns to fury in a split second.

My legs force me off the chair sending my food flying.

“Fuck the lot of you. What is this?! Have a go at Evie day today? And you!” I flick my arm out pointing a shaking hand at Glen.

“You’re treating me like shit! I’ve done nothing.  It’s you Mark who’s fucked everything up with your ‘I’m your dad’ speech  I’m an adult and you’re treating me like a child. I should have never come on this tour!” I scream, my voice shaking with the familiar sting of anger.

“You’re not acting like an adult are you!  You’re a brat, just be quiet and give Glen his space for fuck sake.”  Blinking tears back I speak through gritted teeth.

“Glen aren’t you going to say something?”  I thought he’d be defending me but no...fucking coward.

“You’re such a coward. You’re like a little boy, scared to even hug me because of my brother.  You’re pathetic.” I hiss, kicking the empty burger box flying at Mark across the room who dodges it quickly.
