Lori;

"Brandon, Ashton, what in the world are you doing?".

"Attempting to bake a cake".

"Um...I'm helping", I grabbed the whisk from Brandon as he grabbed it from a drawer as Ashton poured in the milk. "Thank you. Who's this for?".

"You, obviously. We don't want you to go", Ashton said making my heart melt. Wonder where he gets it from? *wink*. "I know, you kept Hunter quiet from babbling about you all day long".

"Shut up, Brandon!".

"It's true".

"What's true?", you turned around to see Hunter who looked pale. "Aw, poor babe are you sick?".

"I have a fever", I hugged him as Brandon just winked, grinning.

(

:Hunter is actually sick with the flu, but I put fever bc of an idea *carry on reading*)

"Oooo, Hunter has a girlfriend...he told me he doesn't want girl cuties, you lied" Hunter gasped as I started laughing. "Brandon can you pour the batter into the pan? I'll put it in the oven".

"Sure", Hunter just kept his arms around me as I felt his warm forehead. "I'll get you an ice packet, go lay down on the couch", he nodded letting go of me, going to the sink washing my hands. I'm pretty sure there's a high chance of me getting sick especially going back to the coldness of Virginia.

"Thanks, Brando".

"No problem", I grabbed the oven mitts placing the cake pan in the steaming oven. Closing the hot contraption, I walked over to the fridge opening the freezer grabbing a handful of ice, quickly putting it into a Ziploc bag.

"Hunter?".

"Over here", I went into the living room finding him on the couch looking almost lifeless. "Here's your getto looking ice pack and did your mom give you medicine?".

"Yes, beautiful", Hunter said. His voice a lot more raspy than usual. "Hunter, you're sweating take off your sweatshirt", he grumbled slowly moving as he handed me the bag of ice. "Happy now?".

"Yes", my eyes quickly flashed to his stomach. Abs.

Lori! He goes to the gym. Calm down he also has muscles too. So does Jacob and so does everybody else.

"Sorry if I get you sick".

"No, it's fine. In Virginia it's the season of allergies and sicknesses so there really wasn't a big chance of me not getting sick".

"Oh. Thanks for taking care of me".

"It's fine. I've learned, my aunt recently had a sick 5 year old so...I kind of had to learn since I babysat".

Our ongoing conversations lasted for an hour, taking a small break for cake, but soon began talking again.

I'm going to miss Hunter, but I miss Jacob.
