Chapter 32

While we were eating Zach texted me.

Zach: Hey beautiful (:

Me: Hello handsome :)

Zach: wanna hang out all day tomorrow?

Me: sure! what do u wanna do?

Zach: how about we have a movie night at my house? just me and you.

Me: sounds like fun (: when should I come over?

Zach: 1:00 I have a surprise before we watch movies

Me: Okay ;) well I gotta go we are about to eat ttyl :*

I shut my phone off and ate. When everyone was finished eating we headed to the arena.

*skip car ride*

When we got to the arena Austin, Alex, and Becky G all went on stage for sound check while everyone else went backstage. I'm so happy Alex is finally having his big break. I walked over to a water fountain and was about to take a drink when Rachel came up to me.

"We need to talk!" she tells me angrily. "We have nothing to talk about." I tell her. "You will follow me if you know what's good for you" she says. I follow her, not because I'm scared but because I'm curious about what she wants to talk about.

She leads me to a room that's completely empty beside two couches and a TV. Once I walk in she closes the door. "Have a seat Chloe." she says evily. "No. What did you want to talk about?" I say as calmly as possible. "Stay away from Alex." she tells me. "Stay away from Alex?" I ask her unsure.

"I have a boyfriend!" "Yeah well I see the way he looks at you! If you try anything I will make your life miserable! Don't go near him, don't talk to him, and don't tell anybody about our little talk. Got that!?" she yells at me. I nod afraid that she might hit me.

I run to the door and surprisingly it wasn't locked. I swing the door open and run to a bathroom. Luckily nobody was in there. I go into a stall and sit on the floor and tears start rolling down my cheeks. Who would do that to somebody? I don't even like Alex. Or do I? Ugh. Stupid head. I have a boyfriend!!! Yeah a boyfriend. Think about Zach. I sit there for about 5 minutes until I get up and walk over to the mirrors.

I wipe away my tears and make sure it doesn't look like I was crying, then walk out of the bathroom. I walk back to the room that everyone else is in and put on a fake smile. "Chloe! Where'd you go?" Jessie asks me when I walk inside. "Alex is about to go on." "Oh sorry. I was... uh.... just taking a walk! Yeah." I said saying the first thing that popped into my mind.

"Um okay." she says then gives me a look telling me that she will be asking me about this later. Ugh. Why does she have to know me so well? I walk over to the curtain to watch Alex. He starts singing 'I like you too.' I start singing it in my mind too. I wish I was as good as a singer as Alex. I suck at singing though. When Alex is finished I turn around to sit down but find everyone staring at me in awe.

"What are you guys looking at?" I ask. "Wow. You are an amazing singer Chloe!" Tina says to me. Wait! Was I singing out loud!? "Yes. You were." Kaleb says laughing. Woops said that out loud too. "Why are you all looking at Chloe?" Alex asks when he walks in the room from the stage.

"Did you know Chloe can sing?" Noah asked him. "Ummmm no, because I've never heard her sing before." Alex says looking at me. I get a glance at Rachel and remember about our talk. I don't answer him. I just go and sit down on one of the couches and get on my phone. I decide to go on twitter.

A lot of Fangelos have tweeted about how they don't want Rachel and him together, but they want me and Alex together. That can't happen though. Even if I do like Alex. I mean I really like Zack.... but I think I might be in love with Alex.
