The first time I woke up, a minor headache happened but it brushed off a minute later when someone knocked on the door

"Come in" I said and the familiar redhead and red nose came into view "Did the master made up his mind yet?"

"Huh? .. Ah no! we just came here on our own" The redhead said in a rather flustered state

"Actually he wanted to come and apologize to you"

"Oi Buggy!"

So the clown's name was Buggy ... ... seems suitable. I wonder what the redhead's name. It's sort of rude to just call him redhead. It seems they're about to start another ramble just because of a childish reason so I tried piping in

"Excuse me but, your name is Shanks right?" he nodded slowly retracting his grip on Buggy's collar and so did he "And your Buggy" I took their silence as a yes

As I was about to get out of the bed my bracelets started to glow and I felt myself weakening by the minute. The two noticed and immediately rushed to me when I fell to the floor all pale

"What's wrong?!"

"I don't know.." I just woke up and haven't done anything what could I've possibly done. But then an idea of why this is happening came to my mind "W-where's Rogers-sama?"

"He wanted to explore the island that we just docked on. Enough with that, what should we do?!" Shanks tried to remove the bracelets but it won't budge

"T-take me to Rogers-sama. I-I can't get too f-far from the lamp!" Without my warning Shanks was carrying me to the deck until Buggy stopped us

"Oi you Bakagami! What will you do if someone sees her?!" He said referring to my obviously suspicious genie tail

"The island looks deserted so its fine!" he almost fell out of balance when he crossed the plank but landed safely on the sandy shore "Captain! Please come back to the ship!" he yelled getting all the crew members to look at him confused as to what was he doing on the shores with the genie girl in his arms

A moment sooner, a figure came running from the trees and as they ran closer the bracelets around my wrists stopped glowing and my suffering was put to a stop, for now

"What happened here?" I recognized my master's voice and immediately flew from Shanks hold, surprising him a bit and myself also

"I-it was nothing"

"What do you mean nothing?! You were all pale awhile ago and started to flicker away" yelled Shanks at me. All eyes were on me as I floated slowly close to the ground with my tail a centimeter from the ground

It was better if they didn't know. Because if they once knew, they would use it to threaten me. That's what my previous master did from a few years back

"Kaiyo, you can tell us. Your part of our nakama now" that warm feeling was coming back again. I took a deep breath and let out a sigh before beginning

"Just like the Master Rules, there are also Genie Rules. The ones that I have to follow and the ones that I have to avoid. One of the rules was that I shouldn't be away from the lamp for too long or else my body would weaken"

"So its a rule to prevent you from escaping" concluded Buggy who just came down from the ship

"More or less yes it does... by the way who are you?" I asked the blond man with a unique style of shaving his beard beside my master

"Dark King Rayleigh, but you can just call me Ray-san" I nodded in understanding "So you need to stay close to the captain is that it?"

"Yes-" I remembered, one time when there's this one master that was too reckless he dropped the lamp almost near me and ran towards the mountains of treasures he wished for. We was past the distance limit yet I didn't feel weakened
