The people near them turned their heads to the noise and saw a girl with blonde hair, clinging onto a woman's leg and a boy -who looked like the little girl's brother- only walked behind with a frown intact as his persistent sister was acting like the monkey she is

They don't think it's out of the ordinary, and even if some already recognized them as pirates they just shrugged and minded their own business to avoid trouble

"Why won't you let us? We promise that we won't be a bother so please let us join you"

"There isn't even a crew for you to join to begin with!" Kaiyo said. The blonde girl came infront and gave the most adorable and cutest puppy eyes no one can ever resist.

She sighed, about to give in, but remembered the consequences if she would bring children with her

Not long after her departure from Dawn island she somehow got involved with some trouble the twins were in. There was a pirate captain who bosses them around with the rest of his crew beating up the two kids.

I never planned to be involved in such trouble however, the bald captain's greed and thirst for a wish come true should be enough to suffice the devil's hunger for a week. The bandits back at Dawn Island weren't enough

After two days of her stay on Water 7 she learned their names and identities during their ride on carpet. Lin was the eldest twin by 5 seconds and was more mature and composed than his twin sister Ren, she was a very quirky girl and more energetic than his brother

Ren kept on babbling about how she was amazed of Kaiyo throughout the whole ride. Then out of the blue she said she wanted to join Kaiyo's crew, which took her completely by surprise and irrationally landed on an island she later knew as Water 7

And here they were being watched by the citizens passing by

"Please hear us out Big Sis!" The small girl pleaded nudging her brother to back her up. The latter hesitated for moment, but seeing there's no choice he spoke up

"Ren and I were already labeled as pirates ever since we were born" Lin starts, Kaiyo focuses at the siblings and listens attentively "One day, our parents were killed just because our father was a former member of the ... "

He looked around, seeing no one was near enough to hear then he said in a whispered tone

".. Pirate King's crew. The Roger pirates"

She stared wide-eyed. The mention of the crew always brought memories into her head. Most of those moments were full of happiness. The first happiness she ever felt in her lifetime. But then those full of joy turned into something she wanted to forget

'Genie'

That voice. It always rung into her head ever since she was wished to be free, but not completely. It wanted more food, specifically, more lives.

It was the devil that feeds on the greed of her past master's. The one's who also died after their last wishes

She never wanted to accept the fact that she's a part of this devil
