Years later...

'Now what do I do?'

In the middle of the busy streets, a woman hums a happy tune while she aimlessly walks with her blue long hair cascaded over her back

The island she was currently on had a couple of Marine Headquarters and its leaders were completely unfair to the citizens, which she clearly disliked. And since she was bored she took care of them. Leaving the leaders frozen like statues was no big deal since she only made the effect last for a couple of months, maybe

But the time passed too fast and she was bored again. Whenever she was bored, a certain someone always causes a stir up to make her want to watch what happens next, but that person is somewhere far from her, and she'd prefer to stay it that way

'Maybe I'll go to a more calmer island, the East Blue perhaps?' She decided and was no longer randomly walking a path instead straight to the docks

Once the blue ocean came to view, her slow strides turned into a running pace with each step of her high heels clicking loudly as it hits the ground. Putting her thumb and index finger in a circle and between her lips, she makes a piercing whistle before pushing herself from the edge of the wooden docks

The fisherman fishing on the docks thought she's got some screws loose but his eyes soon shot out of its sockets when something flashed before his eyes and the woman was no longer there

At Dawn Island..

On the docks of Foosha Village. A little boy wearing a straw hat on top of his messy raven hair was training his punches

"Yosh! I think I got it!" he readied his stance and prepared his fists "Gomu Gomu No Pisto-"

"WATCH OUT!"

"Eh?"

Just as he turned to where the sea is. The source of the voice was able to stir away from the boy, but the stranger wasn't able to dodge the nearby house and crashed into it

When the dust slowly dispersed, Luffy saw a woman with long blue hair and a carpet beneath her. The boy immediately called for everyone to come out and help the lady. The owner of the crash landed house complained about the repairs, but the mayor was able to talk them out to wait a bit when the stranger wakes up

Later...

Kaiyo woke up on a bed with eyes searching for her carpet but decided to find it later. She remembered having a little argument with her friend made of silk and almost crashed into a boy

"Your awake, thank goodness!" She was startled a bit by the voice, but seeing the dark green haired woman's friendly smile made her ease. Noticing another figure behind the woman "I'm Makino, and this boy here is Luffy. He was the one who helped you"

Luffy walked straight beside her bed and gave a large grin

"Hi Lady! I'm Monkey D. Luffy, and I'm going to be the Pirate King!" he said confidently

The moment she saw his smile, she knew this boy will bring big changes in this world. She landed her hand on his head and returned back a grin

"I'm sure you will!" she beamed, noticing the boy had a familiar straw hat hanging behind him. She became curious, but her thoughts pushed it aside when someone else came in

Makino addresses the man with a cane as the mayor of the village. Kaiyo formally greeted the man and apologized for all the trouble

"No need to apologize really ..." He said in a friendly tone ".. as long as you fix the damages for the house you crashed on, its fine" he finished with a gruff
