"That was great!" Calum exclaimed as you finished practicing yet another song.

"YAAAAAAAYYYYYY!" Ashton screamed before banging all the drums on his drum set ferociously, only to be joined in by Calum and Michael with their guitars. You immediately covered your ears, the sound overpowering. Luke ran to the speakers and turned them all off.

"HEY!" Ashton shouted, upset that Luke had ruined their moment.

"Guys you’re hurting Y/N ears," he replied, walking over to you and covering your ears with his own hands.

"I’m ok now Luke," you said, taking his hands off of your ears.

You both stood with you still holding Luke’s hands. Ashton, Michael and Calum all gave each other a knowing look and started wolf whistling and laughing.

"I guess we’ll leave you two alone," Michael said, winking at Luke.

You quickly let go of Luke’s hands as the three boys left the room, all crying with laughter and slapping Luke on the back. “Well that’s embarrassing,” you said as you started to pack away the mics. Luke just sighed and sat down on the floor. You were able to read Luke like a book and you already knew something was wrong. You sat cross legged on the floor in front of him before shoving him playfully. “Oh come on, they’re only messing around,” you said. “You and I both know that you don’t like me in that way.” Luke stared at the ground and nervously played with his hands. You started to get really worried now. He never acts like this. “Luke?” you questioned, trying to get a look at his face. “You don’t, right?” Luke continued to stay silent, as if he was thinking really hard. Finally he looked up and took your hands in his. “Wrong,” he simply said before leaning in to kiss you. As you pulled apart you could hear chants from outside. “Get in there Lucas!” you heard the other boys shout. You both looked up to see the three of them stood looking through the window. You gave them an annoyed look and they all quickly did a drowning motion and ducked below the window. Luke sat staring at you, looking for any little sign of how you were feeling. A wide grin spread across your face as you punched him playfully in the chest. “Took your time about it,” you said before kissing him again, resulting in more cheers from the boys outside.
