The drive was long. Juliet plaited my hair on the way there and every time she did a bit, she would pull my hair because her hands were sweating.

The house we pulled up at was huge, it was dressed in beautiful Christmas lights and snow.

"Get out now!"

We crept out the van and took deep breaths, Richard came and pulled my hair out of my plait.

"You need to look slutty not sophisticated" I could feel the tears stinging in my eyes but I quickly wiped them away.

The inside of the house was even nicer than the outside. The floor was cold marble and the walls were high and white. A large chandelier hung from the ceiling and two sets of stairs lead to the second floor. The second floor had a balcony and gold details. But I was used to this, I'd seen the like many times.

As we were lead to the garden we were met by older jeering men, they made my stomach churn.

A fat man in the corner held his beer up and shouted "the life of the party is here!" resulting in the whole crowd shouting and cheering along with him.

I felt Richards ice cold hand on my back, pushing me towards the people. Quickly, I was separated from Juliet and a streak of anxiety pierced through me.

A deep voice startled me, scaring away my thoughts. "Let's go beauty" and he lead me away from the garden, up the luxurious stairs.

He opened a bedroom door for me and locked it behind him. This wasn't new to me, I knew it all too well and didn't say a word.

"Drink this" he gave me a glass of vodka, I knew what it was because I knew the score.

The bitterness of it stung my throat and I felt its warmth but sharpness trickle down.

"Let's get started then" he smirked at me, it sent shivers down my spine.

When he let me leave I slid down the door and the tears sprang from my eyes, I know I'm used to it but I doesn't make it any better.

Just then I saw Juliet's face poke round the corner, her eyes sunken in and dark.

"Let's go, Richard is looking for you" she helped me to my feet and we walked back to the van, our arms linked.
