    I woke up first . I hope its not morning yetbecause we still want to go to Newpark Hotel . "Ernie , wake up" I said gentlyshaking him . He slowly got off my knee . "Guys , wake up , we're going to goto Newpark . They woke up slowly . I looked out the window and it was dusk . "Pleaselet it be 10 o clock or something" I thought . We went to where the stairscollapsed . Peanut and Purry jumped down . "How are we going to get down" Roxysaid . Suddenly my headset came on . "Hello" I said forgetting I had that in myear . "Hi Kate , its Freckles , how areye" said Freckles . "We're good , but the stairs collapsed in a shop and wecant get down" I said . "Oh , that's a shame" he said . He's obviouslyexpecting us to work it out for ourselves . "I have an idea" I said to the dogs. They looked up at me . "I'm going to hang from the ledge and one by one youclimb down my back , hold on to my legs once you get there and the rest of yerepeat" I explained . "That's hard" said Nelly . "Don't worry I walk ye throughit" . I hung from the ledge . "Ok , Buddy , climb onto my shoulders and makeyour way to my legs and hang on there" I explained . He did so . "Ok , Tiny ,you do the same now except climb down Buddy's back and hold onto his legs" Icontinued . He did so . I told the rest to it . "Now , guys , I'm going tolower myself down more and ye have to jump off" . They did it . So did I . "Yay" we cheered and highfived each other. Ilooked at the time on the Town Hall clock . It read Midnight . "Wow , did wesleep that long" Nelly said . "I suppose we did" Peanut said . I was a bitsurprised too . The town was quite silent and there wasn't many people . Wewalked to Newpark Hotel . The car park was also empty except for a few cars . Iled the guys to the leisure centre . "Wow" said Roxy as if she was in a trance. "I knew you'd like it" I said in a hyper voice . "This is the gym" I showedthem . Everyone ran in and went on the equipment . "This is really cool" Erniesaid . He did a few pushups . "Well , will I show you something cooler" I asked . "Yea" they said in unison . We wentto pool and it was dark . It was really nice and peaceful . "Wait it needssomething" Nelly said . I read Nelly's mind . I went behind the counter and gotmatches . I went and lit the candles at the poolside. "Wow" they said . We alltook a run then jumped into the pool . We did a few lengths up and down . Wewent to the sauna and we were boiling . "Guys , we should all get into theplungepool" Buddy suggested . "No way" replied Peanut . "Well , we will have toget used to the cold anyway" said Purry . We jumped in one by one screaming inthe process . We went out of the leisure centre . "We'd better get moving" Itold them . "Where should we go next " asked Tiny . "I'm thinking of going outthe countryside" I replied . "Oooooh" they said in amusement . "I'll show youmy dad's farm and we can hide out there for the rest of the night" I explained. I got a shiver up my spine just thinking about it . We walked down the darkroad . I heard rustling in the bushes . "It's just the wind" said Tiny as Isuddenly whipped out my knife . I decided to keep armed just in case somethinghappened . Suddenly Tiny collapsed onthe ground half way . "Tiny" we all screamed . "I'm ok , I'm just so tired" hereplied in a very tired voice . "I'm calling headquarters" I said . "Hi Kate , we're coming to pick Tinyup" said Rose . In about 5 minutes , a weird type of helicopter came andFreckles came down in a harness and picked up Tiny . "Good luck" he shoutedfrom the helicopter . We waved . We carried on and we arrived at a longdriveway . We walked up and I kept my knife out . Every step we took had afreaky vibe . "Katie , I don't like this place" Nelly whispered . "Well we aregoing to have to face our fears"I replied shaking a bit . "I'll go in firstthen you all follow me" I said . Ipicked the lock . It was dark and damp . I felt along the wall and I found theswitch . I turned It on . "That's better" Ernie said . We went into the kitchenand looked for food because we were starving . There was nothing there . Wejust watched TV for the rest of the night . Daytime came but we were reallytired . We still have to keep moving because if we get tired we won't be ableto fight if something happens . We wentoutside the house and they followed me . It was dawn and it was a nice , crispmorning . We went out . "Where will we go now" asked Buddy . "Lets go toPaulstown house " I said . The guys followed me . "So how was school the lastfew days" Peanut asked . "Eh .... it was alright I suppose" I replied boredly ."Tell us about your teachers" Buddy asked . "All of them"? I groaned . "Please"they said unison . I giggled at their cuteness . LOL . "Alright" I said indefeat . "Start with your irish teacher" said Peanut . "Ok , she's really nicebut strict" I explained . I explained about them all . We went under the bridgethat was over our lane leading to our house . I started to tear up as we gotnearer . We were finally outside the gates of our old house . We climbed over ."That's where I had my chickens" I explained pointing to where they were . Wewent around to the patio but I couldn't take it anymore . I had so many goodand bad memories there at the same time . I bit my lips to hide the tears .Buddy looked at me . "I remember this house" he said . "Same" I muttered . Ipicked the lock and we went inside . It hadn't changed a bit since the flood .I couldn't hold the tears anymore . I sat on the step and cried . All the guyshugged me . We went into the kitchen and around the house . "You have a thirdstorey" ?? Roxie asked . "Yep, its freaky up there" I said suddenly getting anervous feeling . "Ye , there is some sort of a presence up there alright"Peanut said . OMG , I'm actually feeling "on edge" just typing this . "I'm notgoing up there" said Nelly firmly . "Neither am I to be honest" I replied . Wewalked out of the house . "Where are we going now"Ernie asked . "Ah , hespeaks" Peanut said . We laughed . "Well , I have a new plan" I replied . "Tellus" begged Buddy . "We're going to start with the coasts of Ireland then we'll move inland whenwe are finished" I explained . "We'll do the same with the other countries" Icontinued . "Sounds cool" said Ernie . "Can we rest up though" Purry asked . "Ye, ok" I replied . We walked along a country road and we couldn't find a place ."Follow me , I know somewhere and it might even lead us to Dublin port" I said . We walked to the shop Iknew . It was locked but I picked it . We almost ate the whole shop . "Come on"I said walking out . Everyone groaned . They followed me . We walked along theroad . "I remember this road because we used to go to Dublin this way" I said . We daydreamed as we walked . "Raceya" screamed Nelly suddenly running . "Wait for us , Usain Bolt" I screamed .We arrived at that cool bridge in Dublin. I giggled . "Guys I have an idea" I said getting excited . The others werewalking all hunched up .
