So today is the day before going back to school and my mum and dad had these goofy looks plastered on their face, this usually means that they have a surprize or something weird. Genrally any sane child would be scared out of their mind right now! For all I know they could burst into song as soon as I come down the stairs saying that I was adopted or something.
I treaded down the stairs carefully, eyeing them up making sure that they didn't like I don't know attack me with bananas? Anyway they just shoved this box in my face and were all like, "We were thinking you could use one of these, we have seen a lot of kids using them to express their emotions in new and exciting ways so go on open it."
OMG!!!
I knew what it was immediatly it was the new iphone that I was wanting. Obviously that was what they were hinting when they said express emotions that has to be emojis which are used on phones!
I was so excited that I ripped the wrapping off of the box and found a book. They must have hidden it inside of the book right? I flipped through the pages but found nothing but blank empty pages. They had gotten me a 365 blank paged book!
"Oh max isn't your diary lovely."
Diary? Really? I don't think that me out of all people would be jumping for joy at the sign of a new diary!
"No mum it's not I would've much rathered a lovely phone than a diary you absolute dumbo!"
Obviously I didn't actually say that because knowing my parents I'd probably be grounded for weeks. I just kinda stared at them with my mouth hanging open.
"Oh maxie, we can't bare not telling you this," I was freaking out then, like why say that, what were they not telling me I am there daughter for gods sake! I swear my parents need a mental health check! They could be telling me that uncle Bob is actually a rally driver and I probably wouldn't be surprized since it came out of their mouths!
"Maxie your father got a promotion you, me, your sister, your brother and your dad will all be moving to scotland! Isn't that exciting! We can do this and that and yadayadayada-"
I kinda zoned out because...
SCOTLAND IS ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE WORLD! WHEN WOULD THIS EVER SEEM LIKE A GOOD IDEA!!!!! WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH MY PARENTS!!!!!
"Mum where am I going to go to school? Please don't say your homeschooling me, you saw how that turned out for Jason, wait what about all my friends? I can't just leave them! They need me on the team aswell!"
Dad and Mum kinda just looked at me like I was absolutly crazy for doubting their decision in any way! Who wouldn't doubt their desision?!?
"Honey you will meet new friends at the new school you are going to. Everything will be fine, and we are definatly not homeschooling you!"

And that is what happened this morning which is why I am writing in this book right now because at the moment it's going to be the only friend I have since I live in austrailia and I am moving to scotland! AND.... I.

Well I do but It's absolutley crap!
I hope the school is at least decent. Maybe they have a football or basketball team! Hopefully there aren't that many sexist pigs at school!
