Ross P.O.V

"So, what are your new year's resolutions?" I ask Laura, whom Is writing down on a piece of paper on my bed.

"Well, my first one is to learn how to..." she trails off.

"What?"

"It's kind of embarrassing." She blushes.

"What could be so embarrassing?" I smile.

"Well...I want to learn how to ride a bike." She bites her lip.

I grin, "That's what you were embarrassed to tell me about?"

"Yes, so...would you mind teaching me?" She hangs her head.

"Yeah, in fact, how about I teach you right now." I pick Laura up and run to the garage.

I set Laura down as I grab a hold of my bike and carry it throughout the house 'till we are outside in the front.

"Okay, so first get on."

"I know that!" She rolls her eyes playfully.

She gets on the bike and waits for further instruction.

"Okay, I'll push you slowly as you pedal, alright?" I grip Laura's waist tightly and she nods shaikily.

"O-okay." She smiles lightly.

I gently guide her as she pedals.

So far, she is doing good.

"Okay," I start, noticing Laura can keep her balance straight, "I will let go soon alright?"

"No, please don't." She panics.

Maybe I shouldn't have said that, because she then wobbles and tilts over.

Luckily, I catch her before she hits the pavement.

"Are you okay?" I ask caringly.

"Yeah, I'm fine." She assures.

"Okay, let's give it another go."

After a couple minutes, she gets back in the momentum and without her knowing, I slowly released my grip.

Eventually, I realease completely.

She rides all the way to the other side of the street, and then turns around.

"Ross?" She looks at me, starting to wobble again.

"Laura, don't lose focus! Just stay strong!" I yell.

She nods, focusing straight in front of her.

She reaches me and zooms past me, giggling.

"I'm doing it!" She smiles.

"Awesome! Keep going!" I cheer.

She continues this for at least 30 minutes and she then stops to take a break.

"I did it! Thank you so much Rossy!" She yells, jumping into my arms and kissing my lips.

I chuckle, "Your welcome."

We then walk inside, getting a drink of water.

"I wanna ride again later." Laura begs.

"Yeah, we should get you your very own bike since you love riding now."

"Yeah! Let me just get my money-"

"No, I'm paying for it." I cut her off.

"Are you sure? I don't want you to spend money on me." She frowns.

"You're my girlfriend, don't I deserve to at least buy you things?" I raise my eyebrows.

She sighs, "Fine. But I won't be happy about it."

"Yay!!!" Laura exclaims, looking at her new red and yellow bike.

"I thought you said you wouldn't be happy about it?" I tease as I roll along her bike down the driveway and to the sidewalk.

She smacks my arm playfully, giggling.

"Wow, it 5:30 and its already pitch black." Laura stares at the moon.

"Well yeah, with the time change and everything."

"Okay, here I go." Laura gets on her bike and starts to pedal around once more.

After awhile, Laura stops at the sidewalk in front of me.

"I'm tired." Laura smiles as she slowly rolls along her bike across the street.

I Then see a car driving rapidly down the street.

He better slow the fuck down or he will-

"WATCH OUT!" I scream.
