Here's another update :)

Since it's spring break, I'm able to update :D

Laura P.O.V

"What do you mean 'I lost my baby'?" I widen my eyes as the doctor writes on his clipboard.

"Ms.Marano, you've had a miscarriage. The baby wasn't able to develop because your system couldn't handle it." The doctor explains.

"Does that mean I'm not able to have a baby, ever?" I glance at Ross, whom is frowning with tears running down his cheeks.

"No, it's just your system isn't ready yet for a baby. If you wait until you're older, you should have a less chance of a miscarriage."

"Okay, thank you for checking me." I smile weakly, gathering my things and quickly walk with Ross out of the hospital.

Once we get into the car, I breakdown.

"Hey, it's okay. Shh." Ross coos, holding me tightly as I cry.

"I lost her, I lost Roselle!" I yell into his chest.

"I know, but you just couldn't handle it yet. We can wait and we can try again then." Ross kisses my forehead.

He lifts my head and wipes my tears with his thumbs, "None of this is your fault."

"Yes it is! It is my fault that I don't have strong body to have a baby! I practically killed her!" I cringe.

I cringe harder and cry even louder.

I killed her.

I killed Roselle.

Ross shakes his head, and slowly pulls away and drives off.

"Ross, I'm sorry." I whisper as I nestle into Ross's chest.

"You shouldn't be sorry. I'm not mad. I love you." He looks at me, waiting for me to respond.

"I love you." I say and peck his lips.

He smiles and closes his eyes, letting his breaths get slower and slower.

After awhile, he falls asleep completely.

I look up at the ceiling, blinking back my tears.

I'm going to live with this hole in my heart.

I killed my baby.
