Kasey's POV
Taylor, Tristan, Tanner and I walked out of the mall 2 hours and 7 bags later.

Believe it or not, Tristan bought 4 out of 7 of those bags, and Taylor, Tanner, and I each only bought one bag full of stuff.

Tristan drove us back to the Braungardts' house. I stayed there for about an hour more and then went back home.

My dad has work so he's not home, but Autumn is. I say hello to her and then go to my room.

*Skip the rest of the weekend because nothing happens*

I get ready and go to school like any normal day. I don't know why, but for some reason I couldn't stop thinking about Tanner the entire weekend. There's something about him that is so interesting, but I can't put my finger on it.

I went into my homeroom and Taylor wasn't there yet. I sat in the same seat I did last time, and after a few minutes Taylor arrived.

"Hey. How was the rest of your weekend?" She asked me.

"It was boring. You?" I reply.

"It was average. Dylan stayed the rest of the weekend but Quentin had to leave."

I wiggled one eyebrow at her. She started laughing.

"Stop!" She exclaims.

"Haha okay" I say.

The day is super boring until I get to lunch. Taylor and I sit at a table, and so do some of her friends. Tanner comes into the cafeteria and looks around. He spots Taylor and I and his eyes stop. They move around and meet mine. He's staring into my eyes for a little while until Quentin comes up behind him.

They start talking and I look at Taylor to see what her and her other friend are talking about. I join their conversation, and not even a minute later, Tanner, Dylan, and Quentin sit down at our table. Now the table is full, and it has Taylor, 2 of her other friends, Dylan, Quentin, Tanner and I.

"Tanner you can sit here, but please try not to flirt with Kasey while you're here. You have an unhealthy obsession with her." Taylor says, and laughs after. My face flushes red.

"Okay well you have to try and not flirt with Dylan." Tanner says, and raises an eyebrow at her. Taylor shuts her mouth and her face turns scarlet red.

Lunch was fun, and Tanner kept staring at me. I don't know how, but I always know when someone is looking at me. So when I feel someone is looking at me, I look around to see who it is.

Yet again, the last classes of the day were quite boring and uneventful. At least until I walk into my last period.

This is the one period I don't have with Taylor, and apparently I have it with Tanner. When I walk in, he is sitting at a desk in the back. He looks at me and smirks. I roll my eyes jokingly.

I go into the back and go up to the desk next to him. "Mind if I sit here?" I ask.

"Go for it." He says. He can't wipe that smirk off of his face, can he?

I sit down and put my bag underneath the desk.

I look beside me and see that Tanner is watching my every move.

"Take a picture. It'll last longer." I say as I grab a book out of my bag, and then look at him.

"But a picture might not be as beautiful." He replies, and smirks yet again. What is with him and them smirks?

I turn my face away and I can feel my cheeks heat very much.

Halfway through the class, I was fiddling with my pencil and it fell out of my hands and onto the floor in between Tanner and my desks.

I go to pick it up, but Tanner beats me to it. He hands me my pencil and whispers "stop flirting with me Kasey" while trying to hold in a laugh.

I roll my eyes and focus on what the teacher is saying.

All that happened the rest of the class was just Tanner staring at me.

After school, I was walking to the bus when I felt someone grab my arm and pull me back into them. It's Tanner. Why does this keep happening?

This time, he doesn't say anything. He kisses me. It's not a make-out, just a 3 second long peck.

He pulls back, looking very unsure and nervous, and walks away, leaving me frozen in my place. I go onto my bus and remember that he rides the same bus as me.

I sit down in an empty seat towards the back, while Tanner is in the middle of the bus.

Right before the bus starts, Tanner gets up and comes to sit next to me. He sits in the exact same seat as me and doesn't look at me for a minute.

He looks at me and doesn't say anything. He looks longingly into my eyes and I don't even know what to say.

"Why'd you kiss me?" I try to say, but it comes out very light.

"I know I've only known you for a couple of days, but I needed you. I still do need you. I've had so many different feelings and I needed to test them. Now that I have, I've made my decision. I don't just want you to be mine, Kasey. I need you to." He says all in one breath. I'm shocked. Yes, I used to be a school slut but no guy ever even liked me. They just wanted me for the sex.

I know it's only been a few days since I met Tanner, but there's something about him that's different. It's like when I met him god attached magnets to both of us. I can't stop thinking about him and I need him too.

There aren't many people that ride our bus, and definitely not many in the back seat.

I slowly reach my hand out and cup his cheek. I start leaning in and so does he. He puts his hand on my side, halfway down my stomach. Our lips finally touch and I feel the sparks. Fireworks. I was too shocked to know what was going on the first time he kissed me.

It was magical. It only lasted about 6 seconds, but I loved every bit of it. I needed more. I craved him so badly. It's amazing what his affection could do to me.

"I'll take that as a 'I need you too Tanner'" he said. I laughed and nodded.
