Therapy helps. It really does. But only if you are willing to accept the help. It's OK to want help. I do. We all do.
Just because you think or feel differently than others, you are not weird, crazy or disabled. You are just unique. Disability means unable. Just find a way that makes you able.
If you feel anxious at school and it effects your learning, try homeschooling. You are able to learn still, just in a different environment. This can be used in all sorts of situations.
Just remember. You are unique. So make your solution unique.
