Frodo has become quite bothered by Merry and Pippin. They had come over to visit Frodo and they ended up causing a whole lot of ruckus. They are being too loud and they are making a lot of mess. Frodo feels hesitant to tell Merry and Pippin to stop. All he wants is peace and quiet. He quietly resides in his bedroom, covering his head with a pillow, trying to block out all of the noise that Merry and Pippin are making.
