• Sherlock's POV •
I turned the TV on at exactly 5:03, preparing myself for today's news. It usually comes on at 5:05 - the reports on him.The news presenter groaned on about environmental issues and birds being hit by planes or something...I don't know I wasn't really concentrating, for what seemed like forever. I just assumed that nothing was new...
"Breaking news"
The words break me out of my hazy state, as I knew the news I was waiting for was about to be announced. I felt my heart quicken in pace...I wonder what's new.
"John! It's on!" I shout keeping my eyes glued to the TV screen. I heared John thump his way across the flat to stand next to my grey, leather armchair, spilling tea across the floor on the way over.
"I wonder what's happened!" John states, his eyes becoming glued to the screen along with my own.
"Most Wanted criminal Jim Moriarty was spotted earlier today arriving in London. Police are searching the streets to find the culprit."
I couldn't believe what I was hearing. Jim was here. Jim was in London. It's been 10 years since I've seen him and I've never stopped thinking about him. The boy who protected me. The boy who beat up my bully. My media partner.
The boy I fell in love with.
"I can't believe it! It's Jim, he's actually here!" I hear John gasp at the news on the TV screen.
Ever since that day he shot up a school, the police have been on the lookout for him. Over time hes done crimes worse than the one prior and he's made the people of England scared to leave there own homes.
But not me. I've been waiting for the day he came back.
"I need to see him." I whisper mainly to myself, but John heared me and slapped my shoulder.
"You are not going to look for him Sherlock! Hes a murderer, he'll kill you!"
"No he won't. I just need to see him. Just once."
HEY GUYS IM BACK! finally the sequel is out wahey! This is just a little sneak peak of what is to come for Sherlock. I will still change pov to Mycroft and Greg to establish their relationship but I will not do john's pov as he will not be a main character in the fanfic!
