Hey, guys! How are you liking it? Please give me suggestions, I will accept them. Thanks!
P.S. This part is slightly stereotypical. Nothing I write is meant to insult people.

William was still perfect, perhaps more than ever. Despite our new, more difficult life style, he was not under fed. In fact, he was stronger, more... built. His muscles were prominent. His hands were rough, but comforting as they stroked my hair.
My hand rested just below his heart was leaned closer. He pulled me closer, his hand sliding up my back to my neck. Our first kiss was so close, I was ready. But just then, footsteps rang out, clear. We were up in seconds.
"The cabin," I whispered, shoving him towards it as the footsteps slowed.
"Jess! Man your post!" Ziney. Drat. She would have no sympathy for our long lost love. I only hoped she wouldn't find William. I had only just gotten him back.
"Why were you not at your post?" Ziney asked as I hurried to climb the cabin.
       " Knife fight," I mumbled.
"Why did you not simply use your bow?"
"Because my best bet was to attack from the same level. The boy's skills were far beyond what I have ever seen."
       "Very well. Attend your post."
Ziney marched past the place where William had sat and I turned away. I heard her pause, then walk off. I turned back, climbing back down to get William. Then I saw why she had paused. His shirt, bloody and torn, was just where I had left it. I had left his quiver, leaning against the tree.
       It was gone.

"It'll be fine!" William whispered as I cried into his chest. "No one will find out."
"But that was Ziney! She was into detectives and stuff before the take-over happened. She will find out, if she puts her mind to it."
"Don't worry about me. I can fend for myself."
"William, I've worried every second I wasn't with you."
Rain fell beyond the little, rundown cabin's doorway. Chilly night air reach it's fingers into our little spot. But as I there, in the cold, the roof leaking, I was happier then I had been since the big take-over. Because I was curled up in William's lap. Because I was his love. Because I had him.
