Seeking Through The End: New Begginings

chapter 10

"You did what?!" Thunder yowled. I cowered before raising my head and looking on proud. "Yes i formed an alliance with another pack and raised our safety!" I yelled back. "You have to ask me first i am the head alpha." He said with authority in his, it didn't faze me. "Well I'm sorry alpha it will never happen again." I said sarcastically but on the inside it stung did he just think of me as a rank lower than him. I did a mock bow and left. Mist came up to me and asked what had happened i explained it all. "Would you like to spend some time in the nursery with me?" Most asked. I nodded and followed her into the nursery and laded down, it was going to be a long day.

AFTER THAT DAY

I got up from my nest my legs stiff from the lack of exercise. "I'm going for a walk Mist i'll see you later." I told her. She nodded and laded her head back on her paws watching Ember and Robin play fight. They were almost for months old, in two weeks they will be to-be's, i thought. The camp smelt of water and fish and was filled with the light sound of flowing water, the sound soothed me. I walked over to the camp entrance and inhaled the scent of a young deer, i would talk to a hunting patrol about that. When i exited camp i walked in the direction of the stream. The sound of flowing calmed my nerves, everything seemed normal until i heard a small whimpering the sound of a pup in pain. I ran over to the noise and found three to-be's one male and two female. The largest was the male, he was a yellow lab with blazing red eyes that where hard to hold a gaze with. Then there was the largest female, she was a golden retriever with paws that kind of faded into a redish orange. The smallest one was int he middle she was a light German Shepard, she seemed to be hurt and slipping out of conses. I approached cautiously not wanting to make it seem like i was threat. The two dogs that could still walk backed away when i approached. "Please don't hurt." The golden retriever whimpered. " I'm not going to hurt you , what happened to her?" I asked nodded my head over to the German Shepard laying on the ground. "Our mother was with us when we where attacked buy four foxes, our mother told us run so we did but two foxes followed us we managed to chase it away but Sage was caught buy one." The male explained. "I will take you back to my camp so that your sister can heal up when she is healthy again you may choose if want to stay or leave." I padded over to their wounded sister and picked her up gently in my jaws.

We walked silently back to camp the scent of Ash was lingering in my mind as i thought about him. I had left with out him for a reason Ash was a dog that would kill for what he wanted he was not like the other dogs in my pack he was much different. We had reached camp and i immediately went to Spirits den. "Whats wrong Lightni...' She didn't finish because she saw the pup dangling from my mouth. She gestured for me to put her down and i did. "Will she be ok?" I asked with worry in my eyes. the wound on her leg will leave her limping forever she might not be able to become a scout," Spirit said sadly as she looked at Sages little body. I felt so bad for her if she didn't want to be a medic then her life would be horrible.  ****************************************************************** ************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************ 

 WELL GUYS CHAPTER TEN IS HERE AND AS YOU MAY HAVE NOTICED THERE AREN'T A MILLION SPELLING ARORS BECAUSE I GOT MY COMPUTER FIXED SO UPDATES WILL NOT HAVE SO MANY MISS-SPELLED WORDS. ALSO I WOULD LIKE TO GIVE A SHOUT OUT TO AMALAYA (IF I SPELT YOUR NAME WRONG TELL ME) SHE GAVE ME THE NAME FOR SAGE.
