Deal 31: The Start

Ariena's PoV

Mula last week ay nakakatanggap na ako ng mga death threats galing sa di ko kilalang grupo. Ito siguro ang Mortal na kalaban nila Vix e.

Ang Rockfiel Mafia.

Iyon ang nasa dulo ng mga threats e.

Hindi ko pa ito sinasabi kina Vix o kahit na sino man dahil natatakot ako. Natatakot ako sa magiging reaksyon nila. Lalo na si Vix. Gusto ko pang lumabas.

Naalala ko, noon ay nakakatanggap din ako ng mga threats and ayun. Di niya ako pinapasok sa school kaya marami akong na-miss na lessons.

Kagaya na lang ngayon na nage-fb ako, biglang may nag message sa akin.

Then I checked it. At nagulat ako ng makitang Facebook User lang ang naka-lagay doon. At dahil sa koryosidad, binuksan ko ito at laking gulat ko ng makita ko ang sarili ko doon.

Larawan ko na nakuhanan dito mismo sa kwarto ko. Pero may dugo dugo ito.

Kinabahan ako bigla. Iniikot ko ang mata ko sa paligid ngunit wala akong nakita. Sadyang ang verandang bukas at bintang bukas lang ang maaaring lusutan ng camera.

Tuningnan ko ulit ang anggulo nito ngunit wala. Sa pader ng aking kwarto ito naka-pwesto.

Jusme! Mas kinikilabutan na ako ngayon!

Lumapit naman ako sa bintana upang tingnan ang labas pero wala namang kakaiba. Anyare?

Napaharap ako pintuan ng bumukas ito.

"Wife..." Nagtaka naman ako sa tono ng boses ni Vix. Parang may emoayon syang itinatago.

"A-ano iyon?" Kinakabahang tanong ko.

"Let's go somewhere else." His voice is void from any emotions.

Kahit nalilito ay sinunod ko sya. Ayaw ko namang magtanong.

Iniisip ko parin kasi talaga iyong nangyari kanina e. Kung sa pader naka-pwesto ang camera, malapit sa bintana at pintuan. Ibig sabihin, may camera sa kwarto ko? Pero bakit? At sigurado akong hindi alam nina Vix iyon.

Ibubuka ko sana ang bibig ko para magsalita pero biglang nagsalita si Vix.

"I will not be around for three days. I have to fix our business in Russia." Sabi niya. Bigla naman akong kinabahan.

"T-tatlong araw lang naman diba?" Naiiyak kong tanong. Paano nalang diba pag sa pagalis ni Vix ay may papatay sakin?

"Yeah. Besides your safe with Calix and the others. I'll take Mixterve to me. You don't have to worry. 'K?" Sabi niya.

Niyakap ko naman siya. "Talaga a." Ramdam ko ang pagtango niya kaya medyo napanatag ako.

Vixivien's PoV

I'm walking in an aisle with a gun in my hand, blood all over my body and dead bodies around me.

My heart beats fast as I walk the way to my wife's room.

As more silence I here, the more my sanity lose. I'm so fucked up! I let my enemy decisive my wife that easy.

I shouldn't not leave her with the fuckers. I should've took her to me.

It's a fucking setup!

"Boss, the aisles're clear." I heared Mixterve's voice over my ear piece.

I didn't answer. All I know is I'm nervous. Nervous of what happened to my wife.

Her family were the mastermind why my enemies caught her. Why my wife is helpless.

I let out a sigh when I'm infront of the door where they told my wife whereabout.

I kicked it and enter the suite.

There is silence all over the room.

"Ariena!" I called her but there's no answer.

While I'm checking the room, I'm calling her.

I already checked it all, but, I didn't check the room.

I suddenly felt nervous and fear all over my body.

I kicked it.

And you know what I saw?

My wife, lying hopeless, helpless and lifeless in a bed full of her blood because she has cuts.

That picture made me shut for how many minutes.

No, Ariena, you can't leave me.

"Ariena!" I called and my voice broke.

I run towards her and cry. Fuck this! This is not happening! If this is a dream, wake me up from this nightmare.

"Boss..." I heared Calix's voice.

No it can't be!

I carried her.

I'll take her to the hospital.

--Hospital--

We're here at the morgue. Staring at my wife.

"I'll take revenge for killing my wife." That's my last word before leaving the hospital.
