Chapter 5

AN:Raven is Lauren Jauregui (looks wise)
Raven wasn't scared or nervous. She felt calm. She honestly doesn't care about Adam. But,she was confused. Where did he go? He couldn't have possibly gone far.
"Dodah Raven, where is Abba?" What is the right way to tell a young child that you beat her father almost to death and now you can't find him? Do you say 'Not sure sweetie, probably dead because of lack of oxygen to the brain'? Although accurate, not exactly age appropriate. Raven realized that she had not yet answered her niece and gave her a vague answer.
"Not sure,but he is okay." She didn't actually know that,but it was all she had. She didn't want to bother Riley, but she needs help. Plus Riley is hot.
Raven called her hoping she wasn't busy.
"Jennings." Raven bit her lip,damn she sounds sexy.
"Hey,it's Raven. Are you busy? I need a favor. "
"You just left. What did you break?" Riley was serious,Raven was a one woman wrecking crew. Raven gave a dry laugh before answering.
"Adam is missing. I need to find him to make sure that he isn't dead." She said that last part quietly. With Aleah in the room,she had to be carefully with her word choices. Riley took a deep breath and answered.
"Have you called near by hospitals?"
"No. Didn't think of that."
"Have you checked to see if his car is there?"
"I haven't done that either."
"Raven, what have you done?"
"Called you",even though Riley couldn't see it,she could hear the smirk on Raven's face. It made her blush.
"Well, in order to find a missing person, it helps to look."
"Oh,really? I never thought of that. Thanks for telling me!" Riley laughed, after she did Raven's beautiful laugh came through the line.
"Raven, seriously. Do you even want to find him? Because, I am guessing if you wanted to find him really badly you would use your military training."
"No. I don't want to find him. But,I need to. For Aleah and Kayla. I would like your help." Just as Riley was about to agree, an idea popped into her head.
"Only if we go clubbing together." She could see it now. Her and a drunk Raven equal make out sessions.
"Deal. So you will help me?"
"Say please." Raven let out a dramatic sigh which in turn made Riley chuckle.
"Will you help me find my sister's dead beat husband that I almost killed, pretty please?"
"Well, when you put it that way, I don't know if I want to."
"Dammit Riley!" Raven tried to sound angry but ended up giggling after a couple of seconds.
"Yes, I will help you. Do I need to bring Falcon?"
"Why not. I would love to see you guys work. It will be hot." Raven said the last part under her breath but Riley heard her. She didn't call her out on it,instead she smirked to herself and hung up the phone to get ready.
