Lost (Sequel to Wicked)

Chapter 2

*Day of prom, At Luna's house (Silver, Dawn, and Luna)*

"Okay we only have an hour left to get ready before the boys come and pick us up." Luna said while doing her makeup in the bathroom. Dawn knew she needed to tell Silver and Luna back what happened at school, but she really didn't know how they were going to react. Better do it now or later, she thought. Dawn sighed. "Guys I have to tell you something."

Luna was still looking at herself in the mirror when she replied. "Okay tell us." Silver nodded her head while painting her nails. Dawn looked at them both and just let what she was going to tell them flow from her mouth. "A guy asked me to prom."

Everyone got really quiet for a second and it wasn't the good type of quiet it was the judging type of quiet. Silver was the first one to say something and what she had to say wasn't going to make Dawn happy. "I don't like the idea of you going some guy you're just telling us about now and if you haven't noticed you are not having a good history with guys so far." Dawn faces flashed red. "I wasn't asking you for your permission, I was telling you want I'm going to do." That was the first time she ever talked to Silver liked that and she really was afraid of what the outcome was going to be.

"I really don't care if she wants to go out with some guy then let her." Luna said coming from the bathroom with her makeup looking perfect. Dawn carefully turned to look at Silver and the face she had made Dawn flinch. Silver sighed and closed her eyes. "Once my nails are dry then I'll get you for talking to me like that." Dawn sighed knowing that Silver wasn't kidding, she was never kidding.

*An hour later*

Every guy had picked up their girl. Except for Luna. Ban was running a little late, but Luna didn't mind because she too was running late. There was a knock on the door and Luna's dad answered the door. Luna was still upstairs getting cold feet. Luna's dad popped his head through the bedroom door. "Ban is here, and you look lovely, Pumpkin." Luna smiled at him and started looked for her phone and her clutch. "Okay I think I'm ready."

Her dad smiled and wrapped his arm in hers. "I will take you down." Luna nodded and walked down the stairs with him. "Have a good night, you deserve it, Pumkin." Her dad whispered in her ear. Luna smiled and nodded her head.

Finally downstairs Luna saw that Ban's back was turned to them. He was sitting in the living room waiting for her. Ban heard Luna's heels and turned around. Ban greeted her with a warming smile. Luna smiled back. "....Luna.." Ban said looking like he wanted to say more than just her name.

Luna's dad finally let them go after giving them an embarrassing take about being safe. When Luna and Ban made it to the car, Ban looked at Luna and smiled a smiled she has never seen before.

"What?' She said with a smile.

"Nothing, just that I really don't want to go to prom anymore."

"You don't? Why?"

"Because I want you to be all mine for the night."

Luna blushed and got into his Jeep Commander. Ban closed her door and ran around to get in the driver's seat. "Ready?" Ban asked with a smile.

Luna nodded and smiled. "Ready."

*In the gym for prom (Ban, Luna, Silver, Sabastian, Dawn, and Zero"*

"I don't trust the guy, Zero." Luna said slow dancing with Ban. Ban smiled and rolled his eyes. "You don't trust anyone."

"Whatever, but I have this feeling that he is hiding something." Ban moved closer to Luna and brushed his lips on her cheek. "Stop worrying and have fun." He whispered to Luna. How close they were made Luna blushed. With his lips still close to her cheek he whispered. "Did I ever tell you that I love seeing you in the color blue?" Luna laughed and shook her head.

"No, but thanks."

"You're very welcome." Ban moved his lips from her cheek and close to her lips. He leaned in for a kiss, but Luna was pulled out of his arms. Ban looked surprised and saw who took her.

"Sorry, Ban but I have to borrow her for a second." Silver yelled over the music. Luna didn't look happy and neither did Ban.

Ban put his hand out to grab Luna, but Silver was already gone before he could take his girl back.

*In the hall (Silver, Luna)*

"Did you see Dawn's new guy?" Silver asked with a smile.

"Yes what about him?"

"Don't tell Sabastian I said this, but Zero is HOT!"

Luna laughed. "Whatever, is that all you wanted to tell me because I want to get back to Ban."

"Um no. I wanted to tell you that did you really see what was around his neck." Silver pulled Luna to the entrance of the gym and pointed to Zero and Dawn dancing. Luna really looked and gasped. "He is wearing the collar I gave to my hellhound." Luna looked away. "No that's not possible. I know they have the same name, but how is Dawn not noticing this. I really think she is going stupid." Silver laughed, but then cleared her throat. "I just wanted you to know, you can go back to Ban now." And then Silver walked away.

Luna needed fresh air, she texted Ban that she was going outside for a little bit. Luna walked outside and into the dark parking lot. She heard footsteps behind her, but kept on walking. Luna knew better then to use her powers at school. She phone chirped and her jumped in fear. "Damn phone." Ban's named had popped up and she read his text: K, be there in a sec

After getting the text she kept walking. Despite hearing things from behind her, she kept walking. A cold hand grabbed onto her arm a little too hard for Luna. She turned around frightened. A guy that she knew went to her school was standing a little too close for comfort. "Hi, you're Gabe, right?" Luna said yanking her arm away. He didn't answer her. He gave Luna a smile and pushed her against a car. Now he was way closer than he needed to be.

"Get off or this will not end pretty." Luna said trying to get free, but Gabe had her hands pushed up against the car with his hands on top of hers. "You look tasty." Gabe said and started kissing Luna's neck. Luna knew that all she had to do was get her hands free and then she would be able to use her powers.

Gabe started moving to kiss her on the lips, but Luna wasn't going to let that happen. Luna head butted him. He back up and groaned in pain. Then, he got angry. He grabbed Luna by the neck and started choking her. Luna really thought she was going to die right there in the parking lot, but then something happened and she didn't feel Gabe's hands around her neck anymore. She looked up and saw Ban on top of Gabe and he did not look happy. Ban was punching Gabe so much that blood was getting on Ban's tux.

"Ban stop." Luna said, but Ban wasn't listening.

Luna walked over and pulled on Ban's arm. "BAN!" She screamed and finally got his attention. Ban got up and looked at Luna with blood on his face.

Luna was furious. "Why did you do that! I get that you wanted to hit him for what he did and that is fine, but YOU DIDN'T HAVE TO KILL HIM!"

"Luna-"

"No!" Luna cut him off. "I just wanted one day where I could be with you and not worry about anything, but then you kill Gabe on my prom night!"

"Luna I didn't mean to make you upset-"

"Well you did!" Luna had tears in her eyes knowing that Ban was only trying to help she started walking to Ban's car. "Just take me home."

Leaving everyone there at prom Luna knew that prom wasn't supposed to end like this.
