Amanda POV

I grabbed whatever was around me and stuffed it in a small back pack I found in the kitchen. I grabbed those light up matches, the biscuits, and a towel since thats all I could fit in the small bag. Alesha had another bag which was squished together of a first aid kit and a blanket. Simon grabbed all of our phones and pushed it into the pocket of my small bag. Ant and Dec was grabbing bottles of water, where David was helping Simon out with something. 

"We need to go..." Simon said quickly. 

"How long do we have? Like... whats the limit?" Dec said, as he bit his lip slowly. 

"4 days... 4 days and we'll be rescued. All of us." Simon spoke, only for him to stop in front of the door. 

We all looked around the room, only for my eyes to land on each of us... we were all looking at each other as if this was our last time. 

"Its okay... I mean, its just four days" David mumbled, as he tried to ease our mood a bit. 

I gazed at Simon, only for him to shake his head and look at the door in front of us. 

"Lets just do it..."

Third POV

Simon bit his lip as he opened the door with a slight creak... there were broken pieces of wood everywhere with the doors slightly opened. 

They took a step into the dark corridor, when the lights above started flickering. Blood trail was seen on the torn ground, with the group assuming it was Chad and Alex's trail. Dec closed the door slowly, only for it to fail. No matter how soft and gentle Dec was trying to be with the door, the shutting sound echoed throughout the silent building, only for the creatures to snarl their horrifying growl in the construction. 

"4 days guys... we'll make it. Just 4 days" Simon whispered softly as he took another step. The group walked slowly though the hallway when Alesha saw something crinkled up on the floor. Alesha tip toed over to the scrunched up paper and picked it up carefully with trembling hands. 

Day 1 BGT 1:30pm Apocalypse

Its Dark. Cold. Scary. Lonely. No one here. Besides me. Besides my friends. No one. I know one day, they'll come. They'll come and find me. I know it. 

Signed Phenets Nerlhum 

Phenets... Nerlhum? Who the hell is Phenets Nerlhum? Alesha felt like this guy knows something about this... 'apocolypse' but the fact he said 'friends'... it makes me curious. 

"A-ant?" Alesha hushed quietly, as we finally made it to the stairs. 

"Yes Alesha?" Said Ant in a low voice. 

"Recognise this...?" Alesha handed him the note as he took it from me and furrowed his eyebrows. 

"What is it?" Ant questioned as he opened the piece of paper. 

"Its Dark. Cold. Scary. Lonely.... Besides me. Besides my friends. No one... one day, they'll come. They'll come and find me. I know it... what? Who the hell is Phenets Nerlhum?" Ant said with his nose scrunched up. 

"I don't know but I feel like this guy knows something we don't... should we tell them?" She whispered, pointing at the 4 people in front of us. 

"N-no. Lets just keep it to ourselves. We don't want Simon doing anything with this note. Nor David" Ant declined, giving David and Simon a worried look. 

David POV

I heard Alesha mention my name and as I turn around, Alesha gave me a weak smile, holding her stance closely to Ant. 

"You alright there?" I asked the two when they gave me a nod. It wasn't that convincing but I didn't wanna to show my... well, how should I say it... feelings?

We reached the stair steps when Simon put out his hand, to stop Amanda from taking another step. 

"Too dangerous..." Simon muttered. 

"How though?" Dec replied back softly. 

"Who knows whats downstairs? Who knows whats waiting for us? We gotta have to think of something else" Simon mumbled. 

"But we can't think of something else. This is the only way to escape this bloody building and those... fricken things!" Hushed Amanda, a bit too loudly. 

"Shut up Amanda... You're gonna bring attention to us" Dec interrupted angrily. Too late. 

I heard footsteps behind us when I quickly turned around. Alesha screams were muffled by a gaping hand that dragged her away to one of the opened doors. It slammed shut when all you can hear was Alesha's screams for help. 

"David!" My heart raced as I heard someone coming up the stairs heavily. 

"Alesha wait!" I took a few fast steps to the door when I turned around. 

I set my glance at Amanda who also got dragged quickly to the door across Alesha. 

"No Amanda!" Simon screamed when the footsteps on the staircase grew louder. 

"Dec!" Ant yelled as he got pulled up towards the hole of the ceiling. 

"N-no no no... This can't be happening" I mumbled in fear when I see shadows of the Risers on the wall. 

"Simon... What do we d-" Simon was no where to be seen. Neither was Dec. 

"Oh my God!" I said, frustrated. Thats when I remembered something. 

"Alesha!"

I ran to the door where Alesha was when it was locked. Even Amanda's door was locked. I could've went up the hole on the ceiling but it was too high up. 

Snarling of the Risers came closer up the stairs when based on the shadows, I see thousands of them. 

"Oh God... Please help me" Thats when tears stings my eyes. I was scared and I didn't know what to do. I examine around the hallway quickly when I saw a door down the hall that was opened. 

I was gonna run when it was too late... A Riser saw me.
