"What?," I said in disbelief. My best friend, Jasmine, was telling me that I was a demigod."Look, Jazz, I'm nothing special! I'm just a normal girl!"

I brushed my blonde and black hair out of my sky blue eyes. Jasmine's flashed her emerald green eyes at me."Come on Gracie! Just think about it! You have ADHD and dyslexia!" I glared at her."That's just nothing! Big deal!"

Of course, she didn't give up."You don't have your mother!" I replied,"Dad said she died in car crash." Jasmine went on."You've seen strange stuff that you couldn't describe!" I opened my mouth, but nothing came out.

She gave me a victorious smirk. I just glared at her."That proves nothing! I was just hallucinating! That's what my dad told me!" Jasmine sighed,"Fine. I can never convince you to do anything. Bye Gracie." She walked away.

I then felt guilty. Maybe the things she said were true. I shook my head. No, I was a normal girl.

I unlocked my door and entered my cozy home."Hello? Melanie! Are you home?" Melanie was my step-mom. My dad and her married when I was 9. No one answered. She was probably shopping.

I went upstairs to my room. I put my backpack near my desk. I sat down and started my homework. I glanced at my photos on my desk.

The first one was a picture of my biological mom and dad. My dad had blonde hair and green eyes. My mom had black hair and the same sky blue eyes as me. The second one was a picture of me, Jazz, and my boyfriend. We were at the beach for a class field trip.

Jazz's dark brown hair was blowing in her face. My boyfriend, Adam, has brown hair and orange eyes. He got injured by a cloaked man or creature and when I went to visit him, the nurses told me he disappeared. I've been searching for him since.

The third picture was of my new family. My dad remarried to Melanie. She has light brown hair and amber eyes. Next to me was my older step-brother, Jack. He looked just like Melanie, but was a boy. Then their was older step-sister, Jamie. She was 19, 3 years younger than Jack. Then their was my younger half-brother, Laden. He has amber eyes and blonde hair. He's 5.

Then their was my 1 year old sister. She has light brown hair and green eyes. That's basically my family."Grace sweetheart! Are you home?" "Yes! I'm upstairs!"

I sat at the dinner table, eating spaghetti and meatballs. My dad was talking to Jamie."So, Jamie, did you get accepted to Berkeley?" She nodded."Yes, I found out at Starbucks." Melanie smiled."That's great Jamie!"

Jamie wasn't ready to go to college after high school, so she waited for a year.(A/N: You can do that). He turned to me."So did anything happen today?," dad asked me. I nodded."Jasmine told me that I was a demigod! Funny right?" Melanie and dad didn't laugh. They stared at each other.

"Laden. Go upstairs." Laden huffed and went upstairs anyway. Jamie just looked around."What? Mom, what's wrong?"

"IM REALLY A DEMIGOD?!" Dad nodded."Your mother was a Goddess. She was Athena, Goddess of battle strategy and wisdom." I just nodded."Okay, so she didn't die in a car crash?" Melanie sadly nodded.

I ran out of my house. I had to find Jasmine!

I knocked on the door. She answered."Hey Gracie! What's up?" I said,"Your right! I'm a demigod! Dad and Melanie told me!" She smiled."I knew they would tell you." She whistled and a car came out of nowhere.

A guy with black hair and eyes was driving. Another dude next to him had blonde hair and blue eyes. The black haired dude was frowning and the other dude was smiling. Talk about complete opposites.

"Hey Nico! Hey Will!" Nico didn't answer and Will waved."Hey Jasmine! Get in!" We got in and Nico drove.

When we entered Camp Half-Blood, I saw a girl with blonde hair, like me, and gray eyes and a dude had black hair and sea green eyes. He had his arm around the girl.

Will waved at them."Hey Perce! Jasmine got Grace to come!" He smiled."Cool! I'll tell Chiron. Annabeth, can you show her around?" She nodded."Sure Percy. Bye!"

She led me around."That is the weapon shed. She opened the door that led to a bunch of weapons."Woah! There's so many!" She laughed."I know! You can choose one." I looked at her."Really?! I can?!" Annabeth nodded."All demigods get one."

I searched for a weapon that suited me. I settled on a pistol that shot bronze and gold bullets. The pistol was gray and black. On the handle, there was a owl engraved in it. The owl was silvery-blue.

"I love it!," I exclaimed. Annabeth smiled."I'm glad you do. That was designed by Athena herself." That was impressive! We went to the Archery section and I tested it out in case if it was broken. I pointed to my target and:

BANG, BANG!!! Will came out of the Apollo cabin."What the Hades was that?!" Nico was beside him."Why do we need to use my father for a curse word?" Will ignored him."I was testing my new weapon!," I said proudly.

Nico just rolled his eyes."Well that needs to be more quiet! If you wanted to be the element of surprise, you need to be more quiet." Annabeth nodded."He's right. Let's go to the Hephaestus cabin."

There was machines and gadgets everywhere. Adam would of loved it. He used to love building and destroying stuff. Annabeth looked around."Ariel!" A girl turned around. She had really dark brown hair and orange, red or yellow eyes. I couldn't tell.

"Yes?," Ariel asked."Have you seen Leo? I need him to fix something." Ariel shook her head."No, but I can show you where he is." Annabeth nodded."Thanks Ariel!"

We walked to the lake and I saw a guy that looked like a Latino elf, Percy, and another dude."Leo!," yelled Ariel."Annabeth needs you!" Percy turned around."Hey Annabeth!" They kissed. Leo covered his eyes."My eyes! They burn!"

Ariel rolled her eyes and knocked his head."Like you and Calypso don't do that!" Leo uncovered his eyes to glare at her."Shut up Ariel!," he teased. I saw the other dude looking at a photo. I walked up to him."Are you alright?"

He sighed."My girlfriend is missing. I was captured by a Cyclops and I really miss her." I looked down at the photo. I mentally gasped. It was the same photo that I had in my room. Jasmine, Adam, and I."Adam?," I whispered.

He looked up."Grace?" He got and hugged me."Oh my gods! It's you! I missed you!" I squeezed him."I missed you too! What happened?!" He told me how he was captured by a Cyclops and he was saved by Leo, Percy, and Jason.(A/N: Does anyone remember my chapter: Sarah Bliss? That was the mission they went on!)

I kissed him. I was so happy!

We sat at the campfire. Leo fixed my pistol so now it's quiet. I became friends with the 7.

I still lived at my house, but I couldn't help but feel that Camp Half-Blood was my home. When I graduated college and married Adam, Annabeth made the Half-Blood City. I moved there and Adam and I raised our family there.
