Knock! Knock!
Oh dear gods, he's here. Pray to the Lord and Greek gods and goddesses Percy doesn't screw this up.

I shot up to the apartment door. "I'll get it!"
I opened the door to see a green eyed boy. He wore nice jeans and a red dress shirt. His onyx black hair was combed and tamed.
"Hey Este. Am I late?"
I giggled. "Nah, you're just in time. Mom and Calypso are done with dinner."
His eyebrows knit in confusion. "Calypso? The Calypso? What the-"
I held up my hand. "I'll explain everything. First, you get to met my brother and his family!" I grabbed his hand and took him inside.
"Oh joy," was the only thing he said.

Everyone sat at the dinner table. Dad and Mom sat at the ends of the table. On the right side, there was Lucas, Sophia, Grayson, me, and Daniele in that order. Across from Lucas, there was Michelle, Calypso, Annabeth, Percy, and Charlie.
We ate in total awkward silence for awhile. Dad soon cleared his throat. "Um. So, Daniele, remind me what you're studying?"
Daniele looked shocked, like he thought no one speak to him. "Um well, I'm studying neuroscience."
Percy looked up from his meatloaf. "For what?" Annabeth jabbed him in the ribs. She shot him a warning glare. "What? It's an honest question!"
"It's fine, Mrs. Jackson. I'm studying neuroscience for becoming a research scientist," Daniele stated, very proud of his major and goal.
I couldn't help but be happy and relieved. A research scientist isn't terrible, right? Percy could find that like-able.
Speak of the devil, Percy just nodded. He was studying Daniele, as if trying to read him. He was trying to figure him out.
Apparently, Daniele noticed this and staring back at him. Annabeth and I looked at both the boys. Percy and Daniele were locked in a staring contest.
"Annabeth, I don't know how you got me roped into this," sighed Calypso. "I should of went with Leo and my kids. Or at least stayed at home."
"You and me both sister," agreed Michelle. She picked at her meatloaf, looking down. Her mashed potatoes were spread across her plate, like stratus clouds and her veggies were barely touched.
Sophia gave a look at Michelle. "Eat your vegetables, Michelle. They're good for you. If you try the carrots, cauliflower, and broccoli, you might like it."
Michelle glared at her 13 year old sister. "No thanks, mom," She mocked. "But that's never going to happen! Besides, you're not my real mom!"
Annabeth looked at her daughter. "I'm your mom and I say, eat your vegetables. Or no blue cookies."
Michelle's face turned from annoyance to absolute fear. She smashed her fork into her veggies and wolfed it down. She was determined to get those cookies.
