I sat at the TV, flipping through channels. None of them was catching my interest. Some of them were commercials selling some stuff, some were boring TV shows or TV shows that I've already finished.

"Wait," yelled my brother, Percy. "There was Spongebob Squarepants!" He looked genuinely hurt like I betrayed him.

I rolled my eyes. "Seriously? Perce, you're 39 years old."

He pouted. "But it used to be your favorite show too."

"Yes, Perce, used to. I'm 21 now," I sighed. No matter how old Percy got, he still had his inner child with him.

Percy tried to grab the remote from me. I dodged his advances. "Stop Percy! You had the remote the last time!"

He keep trying. "But you're just flipping through channels! You're not even picking one!"

I threw a pillow in his face. I laughed. "Ha! You defeated Kronos and Gaea but you can't dodge a pillow thrown by your mortal little sister" I teased.

Like some other mortals, I could see through the Mist and I knew about my brother's adventures.

Percy threw the back onto the couch. "I'll get you for that!" He started to tickle me.

"Perseus Jackson! Stop it!" I demanded in between laughs. I tried hit, but to no avail.

Mom walked by a rolled her eyes and smiled. "You two still act like little kids sometimes."

"Well, except for Percy. He's always like that" I stuck my tongue at him playfully.

He rolled his eyes and threw a pillow at me. "Whatever Estelle."

I caught it and put it on the couch. Mom looked at me. She was gesturing me to tell Percy.

At first, I was confused. Then I realized what she talking about. I shook my head, I couldn't.

Mom glared at me, her hands on her hips. I sighed in defeat. I nodded dejectedly.

"Um, Perce? Can I tell you something?"

He took a blue cookie from the plate. "Sure, Tellie. Shoot."

I took a deep breath. I remembered what Annabeth said about telling Percy something that he might not like. Don't say it to him right away, I could almost hear her say. Tell him gently, be confident too.

"I uh. I'm um. I mean, I'm uh. Well, the truth is..."

Percy raised an eyebrow at me. "Um, Tellie? You know you can tell me anything right?"

"Yeah right," I murmured to myself.

I composed myself, taking another deep breath. Annabeth's advice rang in my ears softly.

"I started seeing someone last month." I closed my eyes, bracing for the worst.

There was silence for a moment. Until Percy comprehended what I just told him.

"WHAT?!"

I opened my eyes. Percy's sea green eyes were wide in shock. His fists were clenched tightly, as if he would go the boy's house and punch him.

He wouldn't do that. I think... Nope, he'd totally do that.

Percy looked at Mom. "Did you know?!"

She nodded. "Paul and I have already met him. He's very polite and kind. Don't worry sweetie, he's a gentleman."

Percy slumped into the couch, his arms crossed. "Still, a lot of boys pretend to be a gentleman and then they try to-"
