Recap: So I just went up to him picked him up and put him in a large kennel with toys and tomorrow I'll feed him some elk meat so he won't go hungry. Then we'll start the testing.
Prince POV
Once she put me into a space surrounded by what looks like shinny wood. The creatures put some objects in with me. I started to play with one that looked like a rabbit; I'm surprised that it didn't run. All it did was stay where it was and didn't move. When I picked it up I found that it didn't taste the same so I assumed the creatures killed it and made it to be like this.
Then all became dark so I just fell asleep hoping that the next day I'll be able to talk with the creature. I dreamed that night of my forest and pack. They did trust my judgment and my means of battling other packs. I then smelled something that was calling to me again to get up and go to it.
Wanda POV
Since I stay in the lab I decided to check on Prince. As I walked up to his kennel he was sleeping peacefully. He then started to sleep run like he was chasing something. He was a beautiful wolf with those beautiful amber eyes. If our project works out the first thing I'll ask him is how he sees the world through those amber eyes.
Well I have to go to bed but the wolf is still on my mind. We'll test on him later hopefully it works. Well I sleep in a room that just has a cot and it has the necessities but it's small. I always have to stay here to make sure that our animals are secure and no harm befalls them.
When morning came around I was dozing and then I heard a snarl and a scream. Thinking the worst I pulled out my handgun that is stashed into a dresser drawer. I ran into the lab to check on my animal subjects only to see Prince gone. I panicked and I heard that scream again.
Prince POV
When I woke up I found that light was fluttering in from a weird object on the stone cave I was in. I rose and looked around and decided to play with the rabbit thing in with me. On accident I bit too hard and tore the rabbit and instead of blood it was this funny tasting white stuff.
As I was playing with the rabbit I didn't notice the creature that was standing outside my makeshift den. Nor did I notice what it was about to do. When I heard a strange noise I was so startled that I snarled and the creature that was near the opening screamed and ran away. I took that as an opportunity to check out more of my surroundings. I followed the creature and it screamed again. It lead me to the green grass but no trees of my forest.
I really missed my forest and the scent of my pack. I wanted to go back to my forest but I didn't know where it was or where to start. Then the scent of the creature that had the eyes of the sky appeared and called me so I went to it.
Wanda POV
As soon as I found the empty cadge I went through the only path in and out of the facility. As soon as I reached outside I found him and Andrew. Andrew was near the door and Prince was standing there not knowing what to do. So I called him and he came back to me.
As he came to me Andrew ran back into the facility and I followed with Prince at my side. As we entered the main testing area I returned Prince into his kennel and he picked up the rabbit, which I noticed was torn, and I turned towards Andrew and let him have it.
"What were you thinking letting him go like that? I thought someone came in here and stole him. He is too valuable to lose him now."
"Don't you know that I know that I just startled him when I opened his cadge. I was planning to get started as early as possible."
"So that's it is it?"
"Yep that's it and you better start before we waste precious money and time."
"Yes sir."
So I took Prince back out of his cadge and set him on the exam table and put a heart monitor on him. Andrew already drew out the formula to help rearrange Prince's brain structure to help him understand the human language. Andrew says that it can also help him speak our language but I never listen to what he says on that. So I poked Prince with the syringe and he suddenly went into an almost like comma.
"Now let it circulate through his system. You may put him back into his cadge and get out our retriever to do the heart attack experiments."
As we continue through our schedule of patients for today I kept glancing at Prince. He was even more beautiful in sleep than awake. He looked so peaceful and his heart is strong and no signs of after effects. My beautiful sleeping Prince he must be hungry so before we got started on the patient for the nervous system experiment I placed some elk meat, raw mind you, into his bowl.
Prince POV
When the creature took me and placed me on the very shiny stone she then placed somethin very pitchy on my skin. The next thing I knew I felt a sting then I was very relaxed then sleepy. All went black and I knew no more. When I awoke I was in my little bed I made.
I stood up and found somethin in a roundish stone. It smelled familiar and I tasted it and sure enough it was elk meat. After I finished my meal the familiar creature was near. I walked up to it and I pawed at the ground.
"You want out?" it asked, "if you do paw at the ground again."
I pawed at the ground and it moves the see through shiny rocks. I stared at it and it started to speak and I could understand what it meant.
"Now my name is Wanda. I'm known as a human. Your name that I gave you is Prince and you're called a wolf. Do you understand? If you do paw at the ground."
I pawed at the ground. I can understand the words it was speaking this human could be a friend.
"Now Prince there are two types of humans, male and female. I'm a female you may know as a part of your pack as one you may mate with."
Now I get why she smells like she does and why the other the way he does. I pawed at the ground to let her know I understood.
"Wow it really worked. Andrew it worked on Prince!"
"Tell him to speak English he should be able to speak."
"I have to teach him first. Prince you may or may not speak our language but you do understand. I'll teach you so that you may communicate with us as well."
I pawed the ground again. This was going to be interesting since she is what i could possibly mate with. Alpha males like I do need a mate but I didn't find the right bitch for me. Maybe she could be the one I was looking for.
