"I hope Emily doesn't annoy Mrs Hudson a lot." Mary said while sitting in the cab with her husband beside her.

"Oh, don't worry, our daughter doesn't cause that much trouble and secondly Mrs Hudson knows how to handle a child, as she is already handling one who is living in the flat above her's." said John.

Mary smiled at John's remark. "Okay then let's go to the theater." And there cab drove away from 221 B, Baker Street.

When they returned 3 hours later to Sherlock's flat to get their daughter, Mary spotted Molly walking towards them with a small polybag in her hand.

"Hey, Molly!" Mary embraced her with a soft smile.

"Hi!" Molly hugged her back with a smile. John hugged her too then he rang the bell of his best friend's flat, surprised that this time Sherlock didn't put the new doorbell in the fridge.

They were greeted by a always cheerful Mrs Hudson, "oh it's good you three are here, I want to show you something." She said excitedly and motioned to the three people standing in her doorway to come in. Mary passed a look to both John and Molly, knowing that the same question was in there minds too; What Sherlock have done now?

When they reached door of the lounge of the flat they stood in awe at the scene in front of them; Six months old Emily was lying on her uncle's chest, while Sherlock held her tightly in his arms as they both slept on Sherlock's couch. "Look at the way they both are sleeping. So cute!"

Molly on the other hand kept staring at Sherlock and his goddaughter. A smile came on her face. "Molly." Mary called out to her, but she didn't give a response. Mary looked at John, who cleared his throat by which Molly snapped back to reality. When she realized what she was doing, her cheeks turned red and she looked down at her feet.

At that John and Mary shared a smile. "For how long have Em been sleeping, Mrs Hudson?" Said Mary.

"For two hours, dear."

"It's time to wake her up then. Molly I am going to make tea, do you want a cuppa."

"Yes, Thank you." Molly smiled.

Mary smiled back and went to the kitchen. Out of Molly's sight she winked at both John and Mrs Hudson, then looked back at Molly, "Molly could you please wake Em up."

"Yes, of course." Molly motioned towards sleeping Emily and her uncle Sherlock. John on understanding what Mary was trying to do went in the kitchen too to join her and Mrs Hudson went back down stairs to give both Sherlock and Molly privacy.

Molly who now stood beside the head of the couch, looking at peacefully sleeping Sherlock Holmes. Her smile was back again and it grew wider the more she looked at his sleeping form. Gingerly, she reached for his hands to lose Emily from his embrace.

As he felt something on his hands, Sherlock's eyes shot open and he held his goddaughter even tighter. But as soon as he realized that it was Molly who had tried to remove his hands from Emily he relaxed and let go of the infant, letting Molly to hold her. With his eyes heavy from sleep he stretched his body and turned his back to Molly, clutching his dressing gown. And after a few moments fell asleep, again.

Molly not able to resist that how adorable and peaceful he looked, placed a kiss on his cheek. Even though Sherlock was asleep, Molly could still see a small smile appearing on his face.

And the couple in the kitchen watched the two of them with the smile of victory on there faces. Looking at her John gave Mary a thumbs up, "Good Job."

"Thank you." She winked.

The End.
