Visiting Shouyo

Chapter 4: Arrival

The bus bumped along the outskirt roads of Tokyo. Kenma watched the Cherry blossom leaves falling in the distance. It was fairly cold, and Kenma had already gotten a runny nose. His heart beats faster and faster as they neared Karasuno high school.

"I get to see Shoyo today..." He said to Kuroo, hiding his excitement. "You really like Chibi-chan, huh?" Kuroo teased.

Kenma turned his head the other way and rested it on his hand. He looked out the window and smiled. Winter is nice.

A few hours passed, they arrived at Karasuno's gymnasium

Kenma trudged off the bus and rubbed the sleep from his eyes. He leaned on a nearby fence and checked his phone. He opened up a new game of Tetris.

He played for a while but got bored. "When can I see Shoyo,,,?" He said, impatiently tapping his foot. Suddenly, a metal door flung open.

"KENMAAAA!!! Welcome to Karasuno!" shouted Hinata.

"Huh? Ah..!" Kenma said, startled.

A few other players walked out of the gym. Kenma watched them as they exited the gym in a single-file line. "Unusual,,," Kuroo said. "Where are Buzz-cut and Spikey Boy?" Lev asked. Yaku shrugged. "maybe they're sick." "...or they have bad grades." added Fukunaga. Kuroo nodded. "They look like the type that would." He snickered. Then, everyone's attention adverted to the door.

Two more boys bolted out of the gym. "Tora!!!" They both yelled, tackling Yamamoto and then falling onto the ground.

Daichi and Suga rolled their eyes and grinned at each other. "Complete Simpletons." Tsukki scoffed. "Be nice Tsukkishima" Suga said, nudging Tsukki's arm. Tsukki pulled his arm away and gave a troubled look. "Yeah, Okay." Suga gave a thumbs up smiled gently.

Next to the fence, Kenma and Shoyo sat down next to each other. "Any new games you've been playing?" Hinata asked

"Well, i got this new game, its called fire emblem, there's a whole trilogy, one of my online gamer dudes recommended it to me. Its on my 3DS, I left it at home, sorry." Kenma explained.

"Aww, that's alright. After the match you're staying at my house for the weekend, right?"

Kenma beamed a little. "Yeah." He said happily.

"We're gonna have so much fun!" Hinata said happily. Kenma nodded.

"Yeah"

"Yeah... I think we are..."
