He piled her tiny body with warm clothes and laid her in his bed. He lit the fire place and crawled in beside of her, pulling her to his chest.

"So this is why you are in a castle in the middle of no where? Because of this?" She picked up his hand and kissed it. "I want to see."

He flicked his wrist a certain way, letting a small flame tickle his palm. "You're not frightened," he stated softly, nuzzling her cheek.

"No, of course not, and I won't tell anybody either. It'll be our secret," she smiled gently, still shivering from early. "It's so c-cold," she muttered.

"I've got all of the blankets I own on you, and the fire is strong in the fireplace. What else can I do?"

"Just hold me please. I didn't mean to cause this," she whispered, seeking his warmth. In the haze of falling asleep she mutters, "I don't think I'll want to leave in the spring."

When she woke up a few hours later, she was much warmer despite the fact that Four was no where to be found.

She opened her mouth to call for him when he appeared with a tray of food. "I brought you some soup," he said softly, placing the food beside of her. "It's just scraps. Tori will be here tomorrow with more food."

"It's great, thank you," she took small sips until the bowl was empty and she was full.

A few moments of silence pass between them and he can't hold any longer, "Did you mean what you said?"

"What?" She asked, confused, scooting to lean against the headboard. Her hair was a wild mess in her face and he found her beautiful.

"Before you fell asleep you said that you didn't want to leave in the spring. Will you stay? I've grown to really like you," he said almost bashfully, moving closer to her.

"I mean, if you're okay with it," she blushed.

"Good. I wasn't going to let you go anyway."
