Yeri's POV
I waited for my brother's return patiently as I sat in the living room, watching the tv. Sometimes, I would stare at the door, hoping that he will be home real soon.
I've not seen him the whole week because of his class' trip to Daegu. I must admit that I miss him although he's quite a jerk.
He gave me a phone call every night but I still miss his dear self.
"I'm home! Yeri?" The voice of my brother was heard along with the sound of the front door being closed.
With those sounds, I ran to the door to see my brother at the doorstep.
"Hey." He said with a wide grin as he examined my face.
I stared at him blankly before the latter cleared his throat.
"Uhm.. No hi? A welcoming hug, at least?" He asked but I kept staring and he sighed,"sigh, I will just clean up-"
I crept a smile as I ran up to him to hug him. Five days felt like 5 years.
"I miss you too, kiddo." He said as he returned the hug. But his next words caused me to loosen the hug and threw him a glare.
"Hmm.. Haven't you had your bath? You smelt like an old hag."
"Can't you be less annoying, Kim Wooshin?" I asked as I crossed my arms against my chest.
"Can't you be less rude?" He flicked my head," I'm your brother."
"You're too annoying." I said while pouting. I think I will get head fracture because of him.
"Tch. I will clean up now. After that, we can go out for dinner." He said while ruffling my head before walking ahead to his room.
"But you just came back." I said while following him.
"So, you don't want-"
"I will get dressed up." I said before running upstairs to change.
Having a brother named Kim Wooshin to treat you for dinner is almost an impossible thing to happen.
I must appreciate this moment.

"Hyung?" Someone approached my brother when we arrived at the restaurant he brought me to.I looked at the voice owner, hoping that it's my first encounter with a good looking guy that will end up being my soulmate.
But my hope was ruined because all I could see is Jeon Jungkook.
"What's with that face, huh?" He asked me as he squinted his eyes.
"Nothing." I said as I put on my bored look.
"Hey, Jungkook. How have you been?" Wooshin asked while tapping his shoulder.
"I'm doing good. When are you home?" The younger boy asked my brother.
"How did you know I was away?" He asked before looking at me im confusion.
"You didn't tell him that I moved into your class?" He asked as his eyes stared at me in disbelief.
"Why would I tell him about you?" I asked him as I shrugged, earning a glare from him.
"You're classmates now? Good then." He exclaimed with a huge grin on his face.
"What's so good about that?" I asked while frowning.
Just then, a woman in her middle age approached us by giving me a light squeeze on the shoulder.
"Yerim.."
"Ssaem.." I looked at her, obviously shocked. I bowed at her and she hugged me.
"Aigo.. You have grown up well. How was life?" She asked me ever so calmly.
She used to be my teacher in my elementary school, where both Jungkook and I went to. And she's Jungkook's mother. We are quite close so she thought me as her own daughter.
"Tough, but I managed to live through it. How are you, madam?" I asked her after she loosened the hug.
"I'm fine. Life was so much better when Jungkook lived in the dorm. It's hectic back once he came back." She said as she placed her hand on Jungkook's shoulder lightly.
"I'm absolutely agreeing that. He only came to school to annoy me." I said in agreement.
"You still disturb her, Jeon Jungkook?" His mother asked before pulling his ear to teach him a lesson and he whined.
Maknae, indeed.
"There's no need to punish him, ssaem. Yeri needs someone to make her life more cheerful." My brother, as usual annoyed me.
"I didn't do anything bad towards her this time. I swear! Please let me go, mommy.." Jungkook pleaded in order to make his mother forgive him.
"You better not to hurt her anymore. She's a lady now. So she's more sensitive." Mdm Jeon warned him while letting Jungkook's poor ear go. I chuckled to see his red ear and he glared at me.
"I know." He said, still glaring at me.
"Is it hurts?" I asked while blowing air to his ear as he's all pouty. I can't help but chuckle at the view.
"Of course it is!"
"Are you here for dinner?" Wooshin asked the lady and she nodded. "Yeah, but we're done and was about to go home."
"Ahh.. We're about to have dinner." Wooshin said to Jungkook's mother and somehow, she had a guilty look on her face.
"Is that so? We will just leave, then. Enjoy your dinner, kids. Visit us sometimes, okay?" She bid us farewell and tell us to visit them. She pulled her son along with her as she scolded him all along.
But before he was completely dragged away by his mother, he managed to whisper something to Yerim, "Is this what we call destiny?"
And soon after, Yerim immediately kicked his leg in annoyance, earning a groan from the latter as she said, "Get back to your sense," in a pissed tone.
"Jeon Jungkook.." His mom warned him and he obeyed her, walking silently next to the lady, as he threw an arm over her shoulder.
"I guess you should go home with Jungkook later to fulfill his mother's wish." Wooshin said, watching the two leave as he place his hand on my shoulder.
"Nah. She will eventually forget about her invitation." I said as I shrugged,"Come on, oppa! I'm hungry to death."
I pulled his hand to the door and he smiled in amusement.
"You only call me oppa when you are in need, huh?"
"I do call you oppa most of the times. Hurry uppp!!" I said when he didn't moved an inch from the place he's standing at.
"Alright, alright. Calm down, kiddo." He said as we entered the restaurant.
