"Git," Ken mumbled as Alexandra told them the events inside the castle last hogsmeade visit. "We'll take care of him. I have an idea." he said grinning wildly.
Lexie looked at Kristen for help, "The Greasy Git deserves to be punished. We can't let him treat you that way. Just wait until dinner we'll get him"
Oh noo. Sounds trouble again, Lexie thought. “Don’t call him that! He’s a professor, have some respect! Besides, you can't prank him you already have a month of detention. And you will loose us more house points or, Merlin forbid, expelled."
Double K exchanged looks of understanding. Uhh... Thank God they see sense after being together with them for 6 years. Lexie thought for a second.
or not..
"When we see that bloody Snape of a git, we will make su-" Double K stopped, blocking the entrance to the Great Hall.
"Hey are you listening? I said cut the pranks on him already he is still a professor and move I'm-" Lexie yelled and froze when she looked up.
Merlin! No, it’s Snape. He was staring at them with a death glare. With his death glare, Lexie hid behind Kristen.
"Fifty points from Gryffindor." with that Snape walked away.
The students must have felt the cold atmosphere Snape created because within minutes there is silence as if waiting for the bomb to drop.
They ate dinner in silence not wanting to cause anymore commotion, because no student attempted to insult a professor in the great hall.
----+++----
A week of detention with Lupin is great for Lexie. You wouldn't have thought that you are in detention. Sometimes he will ask her help check essays of first years, but most of the times they are drinking butterbeer or talking about anything under the sun. There has never been a dull moment that she constantly reminds herself not to get too close to him. Given her current being, Lexie don't know what will happen to her if any werewolf blood entered her. He’s a good guy. It is really just him being a werewolf.
She also learned to control her urge to bite his neck. She also found a way not to get addicted to his scent.
As for Snape, well, he still deducts points here and there. He always sneers at the three, especially at Lexie.
One time during Potions, he deducted ten points from Lexie for sneezing, another ten for coughing, twenty for asking question which is topic related. Double K tried so hard not to laugh at their friend's expressions whenever Snape deducts points from Lexie. Are they really my friends? She thought as Lexie glared at them, which, didn't have past the Potions Master, earn another twenty points deduction.
Right after we the class dismissed, Lexie stormed out of the room annoyed. "Cheer up, its only sixty points" Kristen said.
"I don’t care about that!" Lexie snapped at them. "It’s as if he doesn't like my very existence in his class! I can't focus on his subject if all he sees is my flaw."
"Don’t mind him. The git just needs to get laid." Ken said casually.
"No! I have to mind him. I need an outstanding grade in potions to be a healer." Lexie added in a low voice, "I wanted to be a healer."
Snape may dislike her existence in his class, but at least he does his obligation. Blood.
The first few days of detention with Snape had been dreadful. He made her clean his office and cauldrons with a toothbrush.
"Really? I have to do all that? I am not a freaking house elf!" she wanted to yell, but hold her tongue. Despite the treatment of Snape to Lexie, she still respects him. For her, the snarky, sarcastic, cold and unfair Professor is still a good teacher and a great potioneer, which she looks up to next to Martin Caldwell.
