Healthy Breakfast Ideas:

•Red berries cereal- it's a healthy cereal and so delicious. I usually have this during the week because it's fast and easy! It also fills you up!

•toast

•eggs

•whole grain waffle

•whole grain waffle, spread peanut butter on top and add raisins.

•oatmeal

•overnight oats

•smoothie

•fruit salad (I wouldn't recommend this just by itself because you need a little protein. At least don't have it by itself on school days!)

•muffins

•bagel

•toast, spread peanut butter on and put banana coins on top.

•apple peanut butter sandwich

•Belgian waffle

•pancakes

•banana pancakes, any kind of pancakes basically (not chocolate chip!)
