Healthy desert ideas:

1) Healthy chocolate ice cream:

Materials needed-
unsweetened cocoa powder, chocolate almond milk, one banana, and peanut butter!
And the most important...... A blender


Directions:
1) Put 1/4 of a cup of your chocolate almond milk in a blender

2) get your banana and break it up in like a couple of pieces or something like that just however you'd like

3) one tablespoon of peanut butter

4) two teaspoons of your unsweetened cocoa powder

5) put it in the freezer for about two to three hours. About every 45 minutes take it out and stir that why when you take it out it won't be like a rock

If you want to see it, I go to breelovesvlogs channel. If you want it after dinner then I recommend making it right when you get home from school!

2) chocolate cookie bars:

Materials needed-
One can White kidney cannellini beans, vanilla extract, baking powder, baking soda, sea salt, and dark chocolate chips, coconut oil, old fashioned oats, truvia or stevia

Directions:

1) drain out the beans

2) measure out half a cup of old fashioned oats

3) measure 1/4 of a cup of coconut oil

4) half a cup of truvia or stevia. Pour that all into a bowl.

5) measure one teaspoon on vanilla extract

6) one teaspoon of baking powder

7) 1/4 of a teaspoon of sea salt

8) 1/4 of a teaspoon of baking soda

9) Pour all ingredients into a blender or food processor

10) pour into bowl then add chocolate chips

11) pour the mix into cooking tray

12) put in oven for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.

3) 60 Second Brownie:

Materials-
Flour, stevia, coconut oil,cocoa powder, measuring cup, measuring spoons, mug

Directions:
1) Pour 1/4 of a cup of flour, 1/4 of cup of stevia into measuring cup . Now pour it in your mug.

2) 2 tablespoons of coconut oil in the mug

3) 3 table spoons of water in the mug

4) 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder

5) mix it and stir it really well.

6) place mug in microwave and put it in there for 60 seconds

4) banana ice cream/frozen yogurt

Materials needed- one banana.

Directions:
1) cut banana into coins

2) freeze banana overnight or until frozen

3) put bananas in food processor/blender

4) put healthy toppings!

5) cacao cinnamon yogurt:

Materials needed- Greek yogurt,cacao nibs, cinnamon

Directions:
1) put some Greek yogurt in a bowl

2) sprinkles cinnamon on top

3) put cacao nibs on top

6) chocolate butter rice cakes:

Materials needed- rice cakes, pb2

Directions:
1) put pb2 into a little bowl and mix it in a bowl with water

2) mix it

3) drizzle it now on the rice cakes

7) oatmeal cookies:

Materials needed- oats, one banana

Directions:

1) put one cup of oats in the food processor or blender

2) blend

3) mash banana

4) take oats in banana and mix it all up

5) place cookie dough on cookie sheet . You can add raisins!

6) place in oven at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes
