Thunder Storms Could Never Shake Us

The next day Kellin was up bright and early because I heard the TV running on the highest volume. I came downstairs and saw him cooking what looked and seemed to be breakfast. I rubbed my tired eyes and stretched to the ceiling, feeling my arms almost rip from their sockets.

I almost never wear a shirt or pants to sleep, so I don't care if Kellin sees me bare skinned when I walk past him. Besides, I'm very proud of my body and how much I've worked on sculpting my arms and stomach, so I'm happy to show it off, although I wouldn't want him to get the wrong idea about me. I definitely don't parade around in the office with no shirt on.

"What're you doin'?" I stood by Kellin, watching him scramble eggs and ham together. "It's six in the morning, why are you up so damn early?"

Kellin faced me and went wide eyed, peering down at my body. I knew he was staring at my abs, but what I didn't realize was that I had morning wood. I covered my eyes from embarrassment.

"J-Just give me a second. Let me take care of this." I ran to the bathroom and stripped off the last article of clothing I had on, which was my boxer-briefs, and hopped in the shower. I turned on some warm water and let it slowly progress to cold. I leant my head back against the wall, hoping the water would do its duty and take care of my hard-on, but of course it wasn't working and I had to take matters into my own hands. I wrapped my fingers around my length and pumped at a steady speed. The water was getting really cold and I was able to let go of myself, literally, and not shoot everywhere.

By the time I got back to the dining room, Kellin was just placing the silverware on the table.

"Okay, what made you wanna make breakfast and how do you know how to do this?" I asked, pulling up a chair. I watched him take a bite out of his egg. I gazed in awe at him. "I can't believe you're eating, Kels."

He smiled at me, his beautiful green lanterns shining back into my brown eyes.

"Are you sure you can do this?" I questioned Kellin, looking at him fidgeting his fingers.

He nodded his head at me.

We were sitting on my bed on a very rainy afternoon without anything to do. It was gloomy and dark outside. I came up with an idea instantly, but I didn't know if it would work or not.

"Okay, lets try. We'll start out slow. Begin." I made super easy, super basic flashcards for Kellin to learn. I know he knows how to speak, but getting him to try might be a little tough.

He glared at the word.

"Come on, you know this word! It's your name. I know you can do it, Kels. Lets go. K-e-l-l-i-n. Kellin."

"Keh-K-Ke-K-"

"Okay, never mind. How about an easier word?" What could be easier than his own name? "He. Just H-e. He."

"H-H-"

It would take a miracle for him to form sentences at this rate. I needed a new plan and I needed one fast. I rolled my eyes and put the flashcards down.

"Stop. Just stop. Close your eyes and take a deep breath," I told him.

He only stared at me.

"Come on, trust me. Close your eyes and take a deep breath," I repeated.

He wasn't budging.

"Boy, if you don't-"

The phone started ringing. I paused my session with Kellin and grabbed my phone, picking it up and seeing the caller ID. I didn't have a clue who it was.
