Chapter 9: Luna's back
Just like everyday, I put on some clothes and I prepare.to leave. When I took my motorcycle keys, I saw someone small sleeping on my desk. I poke it and it gets up quickly. I don't believe who it is. Its been a while since I last seen her.
"Hey Luna" I say, sounding almost happy.
"You better be happy to see me again dipshit. How've you been Kaze" Luna says, in her usual cranky tone.
"Alright for now. I'm out of "retirement" and I already have shit in my plate" I say, sitting down on my bed.
"That sucks. Anyway, the reason I'm here is because my father asked me to watch out for your dumbass" she says.
"Glad to know I have someone watching my back. Anyway, did you keep the little sword I gave you" I ask.
"Of course. That's a treasure to me since you made it" she said.
I'm glad she kept that for so long. I gave her that sword when I was little. It was my first time making a sword and I made a small one, especially for Luna. Sadly, she tried to kill me with my own sword, but failed.
"Just making sure you didn't sell it" I say.
"What gives you a fucking idea that I sold it" she says and has a tick mark on her head.
"I'm just asking. I know you said it was a treasure, but you can still sell it" I say.
"Whatever. Anyway, where you going" she says.
"I'm gonna see a god slayer friend of mine and just hang a big. Wanna come along" I offer.
"A god slayer right. I wonder why he hasn't killed your dumbass yet" she says.
"I already beat his ass and he knows I can beat him again" I say, sounding confident.....the hell was I saying.
"Whatever you say. Just looking out for you" she says.
I get up and grab Luna and put her in my jacket pocket to shut her up for a while. I'm glad I got to see her again, but still is short tempered. I go inside my garage and put the keys into my motorcycle ignition. My garage door opened and I drove out onto the highway.
