Chapter 13: Kaze vs Kyoko part 1

Chapter 13: Kaze vs Kyoko part 1

"This is your final warning. Your about to fight a god right now" I say in a warning tone.

"A god huh? That'll be nice to take your powers" Kyoko says, happily.

I'm very pissed now. My hand starts to glow, like it's telling me to summon the serpent. I put my hands on the ground and 2 serpents come from below. I was standing on one, which was facing Kyoko and the other was behind her. I believe this would strike fear into Kyoko a bit. When I look into her eyes, all I see is envy.

"That's it! I want that godly power of yours" Kyoko says, full of envy

"Sorry, but that power won't be yours" I say.

The serpent I was standing on, launches itself at Kyoko, but she blasts it with a lightning ball. I jump in the air before I get hit by it. I choose to use my Flying Swords technique, which my swords can take a mind of their own and serve me. I can also choose to control them if I want. Kyoko jumped towards me, attempting to get a hit on me. I use the other serpent and it charges behind Kyoko. It's like she knows everything and sees everything. Kyoko slashes the serpent in half, destroying it instantly. I land on the ground and I gotta think of a plan. I don't think she's using a lot of her power at all. It seems as if she's only using 5% of her power.

"Hey Kaze, come up with something" Haruna says in a almost encouraging voice.

"I know that" I say to Haruna.

She was right, I had to come up with something. And fast. Can I use Aeon to help or something. No, it will take too long to talk to him anyway. I guess I gotta call Athena. I close my eyes and telepathically call Athena. It should be instant to talk to her. I hear her yawn and I know she's there.

"Hey, what do you want Kaze" Athena says, cranky.

"Athena, I need help fighting a murderer" I say.

"What the hell did you do? I'll be there in a second" Athena says and she ends the telepathic call.

I open my eyes and I still see Kyoko a few feet away from me.

"Y'know, you don't really have the time to think because I'm going to kill you here and now" Kyoko says and she raises her hand in the air.

She then points a me with her finger and she says "800% power". Lightning starts to fall from the sky on me. I wasn't aware that she was gonna do that and I can't block it at all. When the lightning hit, I closed my eyes and thought I was going to get hurt. When I peeked one eye, I say Athena in front of me with her Serpent Scythe and she deflected the lightning at Kyoko. Kyoko just loomed at it and she exploded from the impact. When the dust settled, Athena looked at me with a angry face.

"Listen up Kaze, you woke me up from my nap so I'll be getting back. That's all I'll do for you for now" Athena says and she disappears.

Well, at least that bought me some time to come up with a plan. I saw Kyoko lying on the floor, looking dead in a pool of blood. Was she dead?? Her eyes looks like she was dead. Then, she got up and looks at me with a crazy face. This was what she meant when she had multiple lives from then people she killed. The question is.....how many lives does she exactly have?

"You can't kill me" Kyoko says with a crazy smile.

"Everyone has to die someday. It looks like you'll die today" I say smirking.

"That's the spirit Kaze. Kick her ass" Haruna says, encouraging me.

I appreciate the support my friends are giving me and I'm grateful. All they can do is support me all the way. I have a plan! I'll use my flying swords and kill her enough to get rid of all her lives. I summon the flying swords and they surround me.

"That's a neat trick, but that'll get you nowhere" Kyoko says.

"Let's see about that" I say in a badass tone.
