Jason pov

I have to admit, I never thought Bats would actually ask the league for help. I meen, Superman would have been handy, or Martian Manhunter, but I can't whine. The Flash is pretty cool and Black Canary scares the shit out of me. This could actually work...or we're all going to die a very painfull death. Ether way, I'm in. I'm getting Damian back and I'm gonna be a better brother. Or I'll at least try. I ain't that perfect.

'I know you want him back Batman, but shouldn't we wait a little longer? This plan is full of risks.'

'I wish we could wait canary, but we can't. We don't know what they're doing to Damian and if we wait longer we might lose him to Thalia.'

'I'm sure it's gonna be fine. We'll get the little bird back faster than you can say Mary Popins.'

Canary shakes her head at the remark. She's as serious as ever, but also a little emotional. She has a weak spot for kids. I don't. I just have a very, very tiny weak spot for Damian. A very tiny one. Dick and Tim have a very big weakspot for him. I honestly can't say anything for Bruce. Sometimes he seems to care and sometimes he looks like he could kill Damian in a second. I think he cares, but I'm not sure. Guess we'll find out.

Damian pov

'Tell me Damian, how do you feel about your father?'

I know this one.

'He hates me. He never wanted me. He must be glad right now that I am gone. Only you care for me mother.'

She smiles. That makes me feel good. I should always make her happy. That is my purpos as her son and survant. I have to follow her rules and her orders.

'How about your brothers?'

'They have always been mean to me. They do not care about me. Only you do mother.'

She smiles again and lays a hand on my cheek.

'That's a good boy. You're my little puppet now. My perfect little puppet.'
