"I'll see you soon." Dallon smiled as he spun in his computer chair, holding his phone against his ear. "Have a nice trip home."

"My parents home, Dallon." Brendon laughed in a way that, from the giggles that burst from Breezy, made a goofy smile spread across Dallon's face. "My home is here. I hate flights, they're so tedious..."

"I'll be waiting for you when you get home." Dallon said, spinning away from Breezy who was pointing inside her mouth with a soft gagging noise. "Message me when you land."

"Done! I'll talk to you then, Dallon." Brendon replied. Dallon could hear intercom voices in the background of their conversation. "My flight just came up. I'll be back soon, goodbye, Dallon."

"Goodbye, Brendon." Dallon responded, pulling his phone away from his face and hanging up. He looked back at Breezy, who was smirking at him. "You stop it!"

"I'll be waiting, Brendon!" She mimicked his voice while dramatically placing her hands over her heart and bashing her eyelashes.

"You're so mean."

"You're too easy to tease." Breezy replied as she walked over to Dallon's chair. She leaned on the back of it and looked down at him. "I've still never seen a photo of him, you know."

"Who, Brendon?" Dallon asked, angling himself sideways in the chair to look at her.

"How am I supposed to give you my solid dating advice without a picture of who you're dating?" She played off innocence at first, but winked with the end of her sentence.

Dallon rolled his eyes. "I'll show you his Instagram. Will that be enough?" Breezy clapped excitedly in confirmation, making Dallon laugh. He brought his phone up and clicked into the app, quickly going to his tagged photos and finding Brendon's account. "This is him."

"He shoots, he scores!" Breezy exclaimed, taking the phone at Dallon's offer to let her hold it. "Artsy fartsy? I see you have a type."

"What's that supposed to mean?"

Breezy smiled, still scrolling Brendon's profile. "You remember Josh's sleeve that almost got him kicked out of school. You always had your fingers tracing the inked patterns of the bark. It was honestly adorable."

Dallon looked down at the mention of Josh. He had never considered Josh very artsy. Josh was more soft spoken and kind. He was the type of person that made you feel warm and in the midst of a hurricane. There was a different feeling with Josh compared to Brendon; Brendon's warmth came from those caffeinated eyes that seemed to know so much more than they let on...

"Aww, who's the little groovy guy?" Breezy asked, snapping Dallon from his thoughts. He looked up to see her clicking into Ryan's profile. She scrolled down it quickly before looking up at Dallon.

"That's his ex, Ryan." Dallon replied as Breezy passed back his phone.

"He looks familiar." Breezy said, tilting her head. "Ryan... I feel like I've met him before."

"Have you?" Dallon asked a bit too eagerly. He wanted to know more about what happened between the two of them, but he didn't want to bother Brendon with it; it had to have been rough. He was also interested in Ryan's 'art'.
