Shizaya one-shots

Accidental Love

So this is a short little chapter that was inspired by some events that happened to me today. Now on to the story, hope you enjoy!

Izaya's POV

I walk through Ikebukuro, bored. Nothing has really interested me so I'm going to find the only person that has never failed to interest me, Shizu-chan.

It takes me awhile to find him, but when I do I see him with a small group of women. The women look like they're trying to go out with Shizu-chan, which is hilarious. Who would want to go out with that stupid protozoan?

I walk up to them and say, "Hey Shizu-chan."

I was thinking he would start to chase me, but he does something completely different. He slowly comes up to me and pulls me into a hug.

"Sh-Shizu-chan, what are you-"

"Just play along, please." He says cutting off my question.

He then releases me and turns to the women saying, "This is my boyfriend, Izaya. Sorry, but I can't go out with any of you."

I think for at least a second, should I really help Shizu-chan? Though I have to admit I want to see how this will turn out.

"Wait, these girls wanted to go out with you?! I'm glad I came when I did." I say while holding on to his arm, playing along.

"So this is the one you were waiting on, seriously?" One of the women say.

I stand here thinking, was that an insult?

Then the other two respond by saying, "He doesn't even look hot."

"He kinda looks a little girly. Are you sure he's a guy Shizuo?"

Okay, I know those two comments were insults! I glare at all of them and they just laugh.

Then Shizu-chan says, "He is a man and the one I love."

With that I actually start to blush. Shizu-chan sounds like he cares. I know it's a lie but it seems real and it makes me happy.

"Okay prove it." One of them says.

Oh no. How do we prove we're together so that it doesn't look like one big joke-

I'm cut off by my thoughts because Shizu-chan is kissing me. Kissing me! I can't believe it. After a little while I start to melt into it and feel his body heat radiating off of him making me feel warm in his arms.

At some point during the kiss the women left, so Shizu-chan pulled away. He smiles at me then says, "Thanks I didn't know how to handle that, so I needed someone I knew."

"You're welcome, I guess..." I answer and then say, "but do I really look girly?"

"No, but is that your only question?"

"Well yeah, I don't want to be seen as girly." I answer.

"I was hoping you would ask why I kissed you, so I could explain." Shizu-chan says looking saddened.

"But why? Didn't you do that so they would believe the lie?"

"Actually when I said the thing about loving you it wasn't a lie." He says and starts blushing.

I just stand frozen thinking of way too much at the same time for my brain to comprehend. Then stutter, "W-well, um uh... I-I don't know uh... what?"

"I really like you Izaya." Shizu-chan says then hugs me again.

I hug him back and say, "I think I really like you as well."

He hugs me in a tighter embrace while I think, this day turned out a lot better than I thought it would.

I'm happy I finally found someone to really love and they love me back. I'm glad that I came to Ikebukuro today so I could find my accidental love.
