New Girls in Town

Izaya's POV

I walk through the streets of Ikebukuro trying not to be noticed by anyone, especially Shizu-chan.

I'm close to Shinra's house, relieved that no has spotted me. The situation I'm in is because of Shinra, so he needs to fix it.

I go into the apartment and to Shinra's front door. I knock and see Celty open up the door. She greets me then I ask, "Where's Shinra?"

"Inside, but you really shouldn't-" I stop reading her phone and walk inside.

I spot Shinra sitting on the couch talking to someone, so I try to stay hidden. My emotions get the better of me and I go to him ignoring the other person.

"Shinra what did you do?! Why did you do it?! And what was the freaking point of this?!" I yell at him angrily.

He doesn't say anything, but the person I was ignoring asks, "Shinra, who is this?"

I turn around and notice that it's Shizu-chan, I instantly panic. I see that one of Shinra's spare bedrooms' door is open, so I run into the room, close the door, and lock it.

Shizuo's POV

I go to Shinra's house since he asked me to do something for him and I don't get it at all. He just told me to wait here for someone and gave me a very questionable drink.

When I heard the door open and saw a girl walk in yelling I instantly thought that that's the person Shinra wanted me to wait for.

The girl looks really angry at Shinra, so I ask him, "Shinra, who is this?"

She turns around, looking shocked then runs to one of Shinra's guest bedrooms. I sit there confused she looks so much like Izaya.

"Um... Shinra, what just happened."

"Well... That was the person you were supposed to meet."

"I have a feeling I should just come back tomorrow," I say, feeling a little awkward.

"Yeah, that would be great." Shinra agrees.

Izaya's POV

I go into one of the corners of the room hoping Shizu-chan will leave. I was hoping not to see him, it's so embarrassing, why did I have to be the one to turn into a girl?

I hear a knock on the door, then hear Shinra saying, "Okay Izaya, Shizuo left you can come out now."

I walk out of the room and sit on the couch where Shizu-chan was. I have to say though Shizu-chan looked really hot... Wait!

"Okay Shinra, what did you do to me?" I ask angrily at him.

"All I did was to get your feelings for the person you love the most on the inside to come out." Shinra explains.

"If you did that then why am I a woman?"

"I'm going to guess it's a side effect."

"It's a pretty crappy one." I say annoyed then I ask, "When is this going to wear off?"

"Well, I'll get my results tomorrow so you can stay here if you don't want to be seen by anyone else."

"That doesn't answer my question but fine." I say and think 'I still have more questions like why am I attracted to Shizu-chan?'

*Next Day*

Shizuo's POV

I wake up like usual and shuffle to the bathroom. For some reason though my back hurts a lot and I feel there's way more weight on my chest.

I wash my face and looked into the mirror in front of me. I'm speechless of what I see and quickly run out of my apartment to Shinra's house, angry.

Izaya's POV

I wake up still in my female form and shuffle over to Shinra's kitchen. I look through his fridge for something to eat for breakfast.

After a while of just trying to find where Shinra put the milk I hear a loud bang coming from the door. For some reason I feel that it's Shizu-chan, so I just ignore it.

Shinra finally comes out of his bedroom with Celty and she goes to open the door so it doesn't get broken while Shinra tries to find a good place to hide. He ends up getting caught standing right beside me.

I just watch it play out and see Shizu-chan... wait no, some woman walk through the door angry.

She spots Shinra easily, ignores me, and yells, "Shinra, what the hell?!"

"Well... You don't have to worry because..." Shinra says and starts motioning toward me, "here's the girl from earlier."

I just stand here and think one, seriously Shinra call me a girl again and I'm going to smack you, and two, that's Shizu-chan!

I just stare at him, her, it? Ahh, I don't know what to call Shizu-chan. Well whatever, and say to Shinra, "Well at least I'm not that embarrassed anymore," then to the unspecified gender Shizu-chan, "So Shizu-chan, you're looking well."

It seems he/she found out who I am when I said his/her name and then he/she does the unexpected to me. Shizu-chan comes closer and hugs me.

I'm shocked, but I won't complain, I kind of like being hugged by him/her. I look over at Shinra and he's just standing there with a huge grin on his face.

While Shizu-chan is still hugging me I hear Celty walk in and then see her run over to Shinra typing something on her phone. Then showing it to Shinra and him nodding after reading the message.

Shizu-chan finally lets go of me then says "Sorry, I don't know why I did that."

"Oh.. Um it's okay..." I say a little embarrassed.

I can fell my cheeks getting hot so I look away from Shizu-chan.

Shizuo's POV

I watch Izaya starts blushing, he looks so cute! Wait... she looks so cute? Well, either way Izaya looks cute.

Izaya and I just stare into each other's eyes then after awhile I smile a little at Izaya and start to blush myself.

"Well, at least I know how long you both have to stay that way." Shinra says getting our attention.

"Really? How long?" Izaya asks.

"Eh... two or three months." Shinra answers and starts to hide behind Celty knowing what's going to happen.

And he's right I start to feel anger building up inside me. I start yelling at him to get it fixed I really don't want to be a girl for a few months. No way, I look over at Izaya and he looks almost as angry as I am.

"Well... now everyone will call you two the new girls in town... Please don't kill me!" Shinra says with fear.

After a while I just start to accept it, so I stop thinking about my situation, but start thinking about how I actually love Izaya. Maybe Shinra isn't all that bad.
