So my friend, Shianne, and me are going out, still. After my fight she isn’t ashamed to be seen with me. Then again we’ve been friends since we were five years old. We’ve played on the same team forever (well since 7th grade).

“Hey, it’s been forever what have you been up to besides going to college,” I asked.

“Well nothing as exciting as you. By the way nice fight you still pick’em don’t you,” Shianne stated.

“Never stopped that’s for sure,” I replied. I looked out the window and saw Kane and Toews walking in the restraunt. I looked over and saw them and they saw me too I guess. I waved my hand at them to come over. They walked over. And look at that here comes our waitress finally but you could so tell she was a puck bunny. She purposely fell into Kane and then said, “ Excuse me. Sorry. Do you have a girlfriend?” As if it wasn’t obvious she was a bunny.

“Umm,” Kane was failing with words.

“His girlfriend just died he’s going through a rough time now for our food my friend, Shianne, would like a BLT and I’ll take a salad. You guys?” I said

“I’ll take a grilled chicken sandwich, and my friend you just fell on will take one, too. Thank you and we’ll all have a water.” Toews said. After she walked away Toews spoke and said, “Wow, you say that all the time?”

“Please, she was so a puck bunny and you could tell now watch she’ll comeback and be like all I’m so sorry to hear about your girl and then say this is on the house,” Shianne said. “And that’s what Abby always says it isn’t the first time we’ve dealt with this.” She looked at Jonathan then at Kane then at me then back at KANE. Oh no I know that look of hers she likes him I can tell.

The waitress came back and then “Here you go.” Then gave Shianne and me a death stare. I stuck out my tongue then said thank you. She then turned to Toews “Here you go.” Then lastly Kane “ Here you go I’m sorry to hear about your girlfriend and this meal is on the house. Sweety.” Ugh she was such a bunny I could smell it. She walked away. Then I fake coughed BUNNY.

“See, I told you. I should have placed a bet!” I exclaimed.

“Oh really it wouldn’t be the first you missed a good chance,” Kane said.

“Oh I forgot to introduce you to my friend this is Shianne and obviously this is Patrick Kane and Jonathan Toews. FYI,” the dinner went great the rest of the night and we took the free meal and then we tipped 30% oh well it was fun. WE all had fun.  But it was love at first sight for Kane and Shianne, I could tell. Toews was not himself that night I kind of started to * like * him.
