"He's not my son, he's my step-son. He doesn't deserve to share my genes! Percy and his crippled friend ran into the apartment, crazy looks in their eyes as they demanded for Sally to go with them. She went, obviously afraid of what her son might do to her if she didn't, and I tried to stop them but the crippled kid beat me to the ground! He assaulted me! Then they took off in my car. I always knew Percy was getting into drugs because of the people he was around and-"

"Oh, shut the hell up, Gabe," Percy muttered, shutting the TV off and throwing the remote across the room. Grover got up with a shake of his head, stopping in the bathroom doorway.

"On the bright side, I did beat the crap out of him didn't I?" Percy snorted, shaking his head as Grover disappeared into the bathroom. I sat down behind Percy, placing an arm around his shoulders as I leaned my head against his back.

"He's such a damn dick," Percy mumbled, looking back at me. I smiled at him, squeezing his shoulder.

"Try not to think about it, okay? We're going to get your mom back, don't worry,"

"Maybe we can talk about us in the-"

"GUYS! How am I supposed to freaking pee in here with her staring at me?" Grover rounded the corner, holding up Medusa's head. I couldn't help but laugh, trying to imagine him attempting to pee with her head in the sink. Grover's grin dropped as he looked toward the front door. "Oh shit."

Percy and I turned, seeing one of the maids standing in the window, where the curtain wasn't shut. She screamed at the sight of the head before taking off. I groaned, getting off the bed and glaring over at Grover.

"Seriously?"

"What? Why is she even going around at eleven at night anyways?"

I shook my head, grabbing my backpack from the ground and throwing it over my shoulders, along with my quiver. I opened the door, looking over at Arrow.

"Go make sure the coast is clear, we'll be out in a second," Arrow howled at me, bolting out the door as I turned to Grover and Percy, who were currently grabbing all of their gear.

"Sorry guys, probably should've closed the curtains," Grover said, rubbing his neck.

"Doesn't matter. We need to get out of here before she calls the cops and they come to arrest us," I left the room, Percy and Grover hot on my trail. Arrow met up with us as I halted the boys, waiting for him to speak.

There's too many near the front, but I found a back door to get us to the truck. Follow me, I nodded, looking back at the boys.

"We're following Arrow, keep quiet,"

We followed Arrow as he led us to the back door, and quickly and quietly into the parking lot. There was quite a bit of commotion near the front door that we tried to ignore as we made it to the truck. Percy climbed into the driver's seat as I hopped into the passenger seat, Grover and Arrow climbing into the back seat as quickly as possible as Percy sped out of the parking lot and away from the almost disaster.

"Next stop, the Parthenon in Nashville, Tennessee."
