Little White Lies

Chapter 4

I sulk to the shower about the whole last night! I know I made a mistake, and I know that I just need to get a grip, and get over it. I need to get my school work down for classes tomorrow.

When I get back to the dorm room I am disappointed to find Niall, Zayn, and Madi on the beds nursing a hangover. I am too busy to think about them so I grab my bag, and Rush to the closest coffee shop to study.  Before I sit down I can hear Niall yelling my name. I look over and he is running over.

"Hey last night was crazy!"

"I don't want to talk about it." I say, but not sure if I really mean it.

"So you're telling me, you don't have any feelings towards me?" He shoots back.

I do, I really do, but I know it's not the right thing to do.

"I didn't say that"

"Well then act like you give a shit about us!!" Wow,this escalated  quickly. I jump at his harsh words, and I know this is wrong, so wrong but I give in. Leaning in our lips meet, and his arms instantly go around my waist bringing me in closer to him.

"Stop." I say regretting it as soon as our lips pull apart.

"Wait I want us, but we have to move slow, let's not forget our pasR.E.M."

"I know, I know!" He simply whispers.

"How about we start with a date .. as friends?!" I quickly add.

"Fine, I'll pick you up at eight for a movie." He tells me.

Wow that was easy, I can't help but think what my dad would do if he found out that I was back with Niall. The Niall that I got arrested with.

I head back to the dorm, and I. Glad to see only Madi on her bed. I explain our whole crazy conversation, and her reaction is surprising. She was happy for me, and somehow I was happy for myself. I get ready for the date, and eight comes too quickly.

"Hey" is all can manage when I see Niall standing there with Zayn.

"Hey I thought Zayn could come along with Madi for a double date."

"yeah that's cool."

I am happy to see Zayn there, and hope it will make things less awkward.
