Chapter Eleven

Ade's POV:
"Tell me...what happened to Seth?" The wheat haired girl said between sobs.

"H-he was murdered.." I whisper.

"I know that! Tell me who did it!" She shouted.

"Look who ever you are, you know as much as we do." Elizabeth's dad stepped in. "Ade I'll take care of her, you go to the old warehouse and look to see if Elizabeth is there"

"Okay" I mumble, I didn't particularly want to go find Elizabeth, quite frankly the world would be better off without her.

I walk through the forest to the old warehouse. It was eerie, something was off. Although I could not see anything when I looked behind me I felt like someone or something was following me. Then I heard it, that giggle. I recognise it.

Elizabeth's POV:
The blindfold that was covering my eyes was now being removed. A hand touched my hair and tucked it behind my ear, soon after feeling a whisper in my ear. "So beautiful~ I used to be quiet confident about my face~ but then you changed and ruined it"

"That's enough. We don't want her to realise who we are yet." A definite males voice said.

"But you said I could get revenge~" the person behind me said, twirling a piece of my hair around her finger. "An eye for an eye~"

Then it dawned on me. The last words she spoke, it's obvious now, how is she alive still? I swear I killed her and who is the male I can hear? The obvious female whispered in my ear once more. "Don't worry I'll treat it afterwards" and then everything went black.

Ade's POV:
I look to my left and see her leaning against a tree, smiling sweetly at me. At the moment I don't even know if she's actually there or not, for all I know I could be imagining it just like at the park. I walk over to the tree and stand a few feet away from her.

"...are you..actually here?" I whisper.

"I'll let you decide that" she points to a rough looking warehouse and I stare at it. I look back and Raya's gone. I'm starting to question my sanity now, is she really here or not?

After hesitating I walk to the door of the warehouse and slide open the door. There I see, on the floor and passed out, was Elizabeth. I couldn't care less if she was badly hurt so I took my time walking over to her. I crouch down and roll her onto her back and stare at her face. "Elizabeth?" I say and shake her a little.

"Ah! Ade!!~ so nice to see you again! Two years now right?" A voice said, coming from behind. I turn around and my eyes widen and I gasp.

"Even longer for me" the male said.

There stood the two people I loved so dearly, the two people who I morned over their deaths but are now standing right in front of me.

"I thought you guys were dead" I say angrily. "That means Jackson must be around also then, correct?"

"Unfortunately no. He is very much dead" Seth said. "But Amanda some how survived the fall and I faked my death."

"Sorry to put you through that Ade~" Amanda says in her usual sing song tone.

"But why?" I say.

Amanda points to Elizabeth's still passed out body and smiles. "Because I intend of keeping my promise of protecting Raya from her if she's still living"

"So you have no idea if she's dead or not then?" I say sadly.

"No..sorry" Seth says apologetically.

"I heard Elizabeth's father is back in town." Amanda chirps up again.

"Yep and he's got an idea that his daughter is in this very warehouse. So if I were you I'd let Elizabeth go now."

"No can do, not until we find out the truth about Raya" Amanda says and sits herself at a dusty desk.

"Well he's going to find her here though isn't he?!" I raise an eyebrow and sigh. "There's a low chance of Raya being alive. Don't waste your energy"

"You're giving up?"

"I didn't say that"

"Then what are you saying exactly" she says bitterly.

"I'm saying that if her father ever learns that you were the ones that kidnapped Elizabeth you'll go to prison!"

"But everyone thinks we're dead. How are they going to get evidence when we're supposedly dead? They'll think she's just gone mentally crazier than she is."

Amanda has a point. But I still don't agree with their plans. "So basically you faked your deaths just so you can get to Elizabeth?"

"Yup!~"

I walk over to Elizabeth and release her bound wrists. Then picking her up and walking towards the exit. "How stupid are you? Honestly I do wonder if you think these things through."
