-As I collapsed onto the cool dance room floor I let out a huff of dissapointment. In less than a week I'll be performing on stage and I still haven't quite mastered the dance.
I massage my aching legs and pull myself up, stumbling to the showers. As I mull everything over in the hot water, my eyes shoot open in realization. Today is Taekwoon's musical. Shit.
I was planning on surprising him because he kept downplaying his success. Taekwoon never seemed to realize how talented he was.
I rushed out of the shower and quickly threw my hair into a braid. After throwing an outfit together I hailed a taxi and prayed I wasn't to late.
My trip was short and I kindly thanked the driver, who happened to recognize me. Instead of money they insisted on a picture and I obliged since I didn't have time to argue. After entering the building I quickly found my way to the stage room and took my seat. Unfortunately it was a little over half way.
Taekwoon looked so radiant on stage, as he always did. He truly belonged there. I couldn't help but smile. That's my boyfriend up there.
However my smile didn't last for long. Something Taekwoon had neglected to tell was that he had to kiss the female lead. As watched this scene unfold I couldn't help but feel jealous. Why hadn't he told me? Was he ashamed? Embarrassed? Or did he simply forget. No, Taekwoon would never forget. Was this the reason he didn't want me to attend the musical?
I bit my lip and clutched my purse, burying my nails into the soft fabric. Taekwoon took a sweep of the crowd and his eyes landed on me. I was too far away to see what they held but I knew it was regret.
I got up from my seat and walked down the aisle to the door. When I reached the lobby I heard my name being called.
"Sooyeon! Sooyeon wait!" I turned around to find Taekwoon trailing after me. Still in costume with drops of sweat on his forehead.
"What?!" I said harshly, crossing my arms.
"I-I can explain!" He responded, looking at the ground and then at me. "You, you weren't supposed to come."
"I wasn't supposed to come? That's all you have to say?!" I grit my teeth and cross my arms across my chest.
Taekwoon seemed to be at a loss for words but soon regained his ability to speak. "N-no that's not all I have to say. I didn't tell you because I knew you'd react like this. So I thought I'd spare you the pain."
"Oh so I'm a overreacting?!" I said, my voice slowing rising.
People in the lobby had stopped to stare at our disagreement, some even pulling out phones. I knew this wouldn't stay private for long.
"Ye- No. No that's not what I meant." Taekwoon bit his lip and took a deep breath. "It was just a kiss, for show, it didn't mean anything. I swear. Besides, you're already stressed about so many other things. I didn't want to add something as irrelevant as this to your plate."
"As irrelevant as you think it might be, it would have been nice to know! That's how relationships work Taekwoon!"
"I'm sorry ok? Is that what you want to hear?"
I groaned in frustration. "I don't want to hear anything! I want you to realize that this things matter to me!"
Taekwoon noticed the crowds of people gathering and rubbed his neck nervously. "Listen, I have to get back. I'm sorry I really am. Can we finish this at home?"
"It's already finished."

Requested by ivy_yoon95This was a request that I hadn't finished so I fixed it up and gave it a sort of ending. I actually enjoyed writing this so much that I left it open for a part 2. Requests are still not open because exams are coming up and I don't have a lot of free time.
Anyway I hope everyone has/had a wonderful day!!! Bye!
