Blackbeard

Finally the long awaited autumn arrived as the black pearl reached Tortuga. Everyone got busy visiting different bars searching for Blackbeard and by the third night, Barbossa spotted him with his crew in a really crowded bar. He informed the others and they began to spy on Blackbeard, as for Elizabeth and William it was the first time they saw Blackbeard. He was huge and tall but his left arm was missing which he replaced with a hook. His eyes were deep and grey and he wore black. He really looked like the notorious Blackbeard everyone talked about and his sword of power which commands his ship 'Queen Anne revenge' was always with him.

"So how are we going to find the ship? His ship is not at the dock of course" Will looked at Jack.

"For that we need a bait and mr Gibbs here will be playing the bait, because he was the one who lost the heart on the first place" Jack looked at Gibbs.

"Very well I'm in" Will chuckled.

"But I'm not...what if he kills me?" Gibbs protested.

"He won't! Just act drunk go and have a conversation like you did the last time and find out about his ship. We have no time to waste" Barbossa pushed Gibbs forward.

Gibbs rolled his eyes as he went forward with a big mug of rum, putting his best drunkard mode on he sat on the seat next to Blackbeard as he started to laugh and converse with him. The others waited for Gibbs at the inn bedrooms because they didn't want to be spotted by any of Blackbeard's men or arise any suspicion. At midnight Gibbs entered the room stinking of rum.

"Don't tell me your really drunk and you forgot why you went there?" Will folded his arms.

"I'm not. I'm still fresh" Gibbs rolled his eyes.

"So tell us where is the ship?" Jack questioned.

"It's at the west side of the town, we need a boat to get into the ship" Gibbs said.

"Let's not waste time let's go" Elizabeth said.

"But I'm tired" Gibbs exhaled.

"We have to go now" Will said as he picked up his coat.

"Well the lad is right, if we wait for daylight Blackbeard might sail away with his ship" Barbossa murmured as he followed Will.

It took a while for them to find a boat at the west side of the town, because there was no dock there and no sign of any people living in that area. As they got into the ship of Blackbeard it was almost dawn but to their good luck there was no one on the ship, except the monkey named 'jack'. To their ill luck they forget the green apple and it was next to impossible to catch the monkey. So they decided to look for the green apple on the ship. At last Elizabeth found a bag full of green apples under the bed of Blackbeard. She called the monkey and gave him an apple in exchange of the key. Will quickly took the key from Elizabeth and opened the locker of Blackbeard but to their ill luck it was empty, then they heard the footsteps of a man walking inside the room.

"Well, well what have we got here" Blackbeard said as he walked in and caught them red handed in his room opening his locker.

"Looking for this?" He said as he showed them the pouch where the heart of Davy Jones was.

All of them gulped as Blackbeard gave an evil laugh "I knew you will all come here looking for the heart of Jones. I knew your plan all along that's the reason why I told Gibbs where the ship was, so that I could trap you all" he smirked.

"What have we done to you?" Elizabeth questioned.

"First of all you broke into my ship and secondly, you tried to fool me" Blackbeard hissed.

"But we mean no harm, we just need the heart of Jones that's all" Will said.

"So that you could rule the sea? Next to Athena?" Blackbeard yelled.

"It's not what you think...I'm not doing it for power" Will looked at Blackbeard.

"Don't lie to me Will. I know how the turners are they are betrayers. Your grandfather betrayed me, your father betrayed Athena and now you are going to betray everyone" Blackbeard spat.

"That's not true" Will protested.

"I'll never let you take the place of Davy Jones. You don't deserve immortality nor Athena, you are and you would always be a Turner " Blackbeard screamed.

"You don't know the dangers that is ahead of us" Elizabeth said.

"I don't need to know" Blackbeard walked away.

"Are we trapped again?" Gibbs questioned.

"Maybe or maybe not" Jack said as he walked out trying to negotiate with Blackbeard.

"This man will never give us the heart of Jones, we have to steal it from him and escape" Barbossa said.

"But how will we do that?" Elizabeth questioned.

"We still have our boat and the ship is not going to sail now, so we can grab the pouch and escape. He will not be able to catch us.....he's alone" Barbossa smirked.

"But how will we steal it? He have the sword and on this ship we are useless" Gibbs murmured.

"The monkey will help us" Barbossa grinned.

So Barbossa told them his plan how he will lure the monkey with the apples, so that the monkey will steal the pouch for them. They will be waiting for the monkey from the boat and by the time Blackbeard realize the pouch is gone, they will be back at the pearl and will be sailing off.

"How is the monkey even going to do that?" Will folded his arms.

"He's a very wise monkey don't underestimate him" Barbossa smirked.

They sneakily got into the boat as Jack also followed them without a question and Barbossa handed an apple to the monkey and whispered into the monkeys ear and got into the boat, after a minute the monkey got into the boat with the pouch chattering in happiness as a bag full of apples were handed over to him. They sailed off to the black pearl.

"Are we keeping the monkey?" Jack questioned.

"He's ours now. He betrayed Blackbeard didn't he?" Barbossa smirked.

"And I like him" Will smiled.

"And such a cute name for a monkey jack!" Elizabeth chuckled.

"Are you mocking me?" Jack looked at Elizabeth.

"I'm not" Elizabeth grinned.

"Then we shall call the monkey 'monkey' and not jack" Jack hissed.

"I'm sure your girlfriend Angelica named the monkey jack" Will giggled.

"Haha! Very funny" Jack walked away irritated.
