Eazy's P.O.V.

The birds were chirpin', sun was shinin' bright in my face, and the kids were downstairs laughin' loudly. With all that noise together there was no way I could go to sleep.

I stretched as my joints started to poppin'. I wiped the crust outta my eyes and looked at the clothes Lauren had for me. I grabbed the sweat pants and held them up. Georgia bulldogs! Now Lauren knows waaay betta than to give me these damn pants.

I threw the pants back on the chair and went to the bathroom.

After takin' a long good relaxin' shower and brushin' my teeth,I start puttin' on my clothes.

Somebody knocked on the door. "Eazy." Lauren put her head through the door. When she saw that I was still in my boxers,she instantly covered her eyes. "Oh,my bad! Ian know you was still gettin' dress."

I smirked and went over to her. I took her hand from her face. "You actin' like you ain't never seen me half naked before,Nicole."

She laughed and came in the room. "Of course, I mean we do have 2 kids together,Lynn." She stood there and watched me get dressed. "So did you find everything ok?" She asked.

I nodded. "Yea,the bed was really hittin' the spot." I smiled at her.

She flashed a smile back. "I'm glad you enjoyed." The awkward silence begin to fill the room. I just took the time to look at her beautiful ass as she stood there and looked around the room. "Well I'm finna head back down, I just lettin' you know that breakfast is ready. Oh and also Tomica called too."

I nodded my head. "Iight Preciate it." She opened the door. "Oh and Laur,"

"Yea?"

"You dead ass wrong for givin' me these pants."

"Well somebody gotta wear them." She laughed and left the room. I shook my head and went right behind her.

I came outta lookin' at the most sinful thing. Lauren ass jiggled as she walked to the kitchen. She always sayin' them shorts she call pjs aint no harm. They were a harm then and they a harm now.

I walked to the kitchen and gave the kids each a kiss on their forehead. "Wassup y'all?"

"Daddy you didn't give Lauren a kiss?" Lil E mention with a sly smirk on his face.

"Yea." Evie agreed as she nodded her head eagerly.

Lauren placed my plate in front of me. As she put my orange juice on my left side,I couldn't help but to kiss her on the cheek.

She looked me in the eyes. Her cheeks was startin' to turn red. She tried to be serious but those dimples couldn't help but to pop up. "Stop it, Eric!" She growled and hit my arm with the wood spatula.

I laughed. "What?! It's what the kids wanted."

She glared at me and sat down. "Well you shouldn't encourage that." She said sternly and went back to feedin' Esiah. "Besides it wasn't all that anyways."

I raised my eyebrow at her. "Well explain that to yo face bein' red." She smirked at me. It was like she was callin' me out for a battle. "Shut up." She mumbled.

After we ate breakfast, laughing, and having fun, it was time for us to go. The kids gave Lauren, Esiah, and Evie a hug before headin' to the car.

I stayed behind and looked at Lauren.

She chuckled as her eyes wondered off. "What Eric?"

"Nun,I had forgot for a sec how good you look without makeup." The redness crept onto her cheeks once again. She bit her lips and shook her head. "What are you doin' Eazy?" She whispered.

I flashed her an evil smirk before walkin' up to her. "Nothin,'" I put my lips to her and breathin' start to pick up. She gasped as my breath hit her ear. "I'm just gettin' started." I kissed her earlobe gently,movin to her cheek,givin' her a small peck there.

I looked in her eyes.

That look.

It was the same look she had for me in '88. I start to lean in,inhaling her Chanel perfume. Even though she wears the same perfume it stills excites me.

She put her hand on my chest,pushin' me out of her private space. "Uh,no,you ain't slick." Damn just when I thought I hit the jackpot.

She start to push me out the door. "Go home and tell,Tomica I said hi." She stated sarcastically. I stopped walkin' and turned to her.

"So you really gon let me go? Without givin' me a lil smooch." I asked.

She laughed. "You've been walkin' off my property without no smooch,so what's a reason to start today?" Iight she got a point there. I put my hands in my pocket. I ready to leave this awkward situation. "Ok then,Ima go."

I turned to leave but she grabbed my wrist. "But that doesn't mean that friends don't give hugs." She smiled with her arms wide open. I wasn't gon budge at first,but just glancing at her smiled is what had me sprung anyways.

Even with a plain look on my face I couldn't deny it,Lauren prolly the only I've went with to have me still sprung. I wrapped my arms around her curvy waist.

I told her I'll see her later and got in my car leavin' her house.

Lauren's P.O.V.

I ran my hands over my face. Ok what the fuck just happened?! Did I almost fall for him again?! I thought I was completely over this,I thought I was completely over him. I really did. And the weird thing 'bout it was....that I didn't stop it. Cause I liked it. It was like the old Lauren was fallin' right back from '88.

I grazed my finger tips over my cheek. He kissed me. Not only once but twice. Not to forget he remembers my hot spot. My earlobe.

"Mama!!!" Evie yelled. I got outta my thoughts. "Yes baby?"

"Kaleb's on the phone!!!" Kaleb? Kaleb! I can't believe I forgot 'bout him.

I speed walked to the house and grabbed the phone outta Evonne's hand.

"Hello?"

"Hey Laur,how you doin'?"

"Oh fine." I giggled nervously.

"That's good,I wanted to know if you wanted to go out on a date tonight?"

A date. This would surely help my mind get off of things. "Yea,movies,9 o'clock sharp."

"You got it, and are you sure there's nothin' wrong?" He asked again. Oh nothin' wrong. It's just that the fact that I almost kissed my ex and that I might be havin' feelings for him again,scares the shit outta me.

"Oh yea I'm fine,just got the chills."

"Oh ok,then I'll see you tonight."

"Yea bye." I said quickly and hung up the phone.

I let out deep breath as I felt my cheeks. How the hell I got warm so quick?!
