Alanah walked down the halls of her school, the usual entourage around her. She would have the occasional small conversation, but other than that, she was silent. She opened one of the exterior doors and stopped. She turned to the people who were now behind her.
"Alright guys," She spoke with a chuckle, "The school day is over. You all have to go home."
A collective groan left the group before they dispersed.
Alanah sighed softly before walking to her car, parked on the far end of the school parking lot. "Just one day, I'd like to be free from that stupid group."
She got into her car, started it, and drove home.
